App Rewards Are No Longer Valid
I went to GB Fish and Chips. The Fivestar app reflected that I was eligible to receive a free fish and chip meal by redeeming 8 points out of the 12 points I received for visits to the restaurant. However, when paying I was informed that I would only receive a $1 discount for every $10 spent and that the points in the app are no longer valid. It appears from other reviews that similar situations are happening to other clients at other places. Will you be updating the app any time soon? Otherwise, the Fivestar app is useless.

unable to login anymore
It never sends a verification code to my email on the website and it doesn't allow me to login anymore on the app. They glitched the phone number in the app so I can't punch my number in at checkout and I can't update my phone number on the website sooo...this happened in the last four months. Idk I guess no more discounts eh

Refusing to delete personal info
Sent a data deletion request with my accounts linked info, email and phone. Yet they refuse and instead require me to verify my identity despite the fact I reply from the very same email address linked on the account.
Clearly a scummy company obsessed with stealing, collecting and tracking customer data. Do not use.

Put 5 stars hoping people will read. The entire system at the stores has been changed and they never updated the app!!! If you have free stuff think again!! It got me today when I tried getting a free item from the vape shop!! This app is no longer void!!!
Doesn’t Work
Can’t even get a code when I submit my phone number. I decided to give it a second chance and still cannot get a code sent to me. Ridiculous
Impossible to use - no login option
I already have a Fivestars account. When I open the app it asks for my name and email, to which I get an error message that my email is already in use (yes, by me) and that I need to use another email or email customer service. Nowhere can I click to login to my account or even click a “forgot password” to reset my access. I therefore am unable to access or use any part of the app.

Bait contract with Auto-Renewal
They don’t let you cancel and keep offering promo months so they can auto renew your contract without your acknowledgment

Refused to redeem my points
After to reached the 600 point they refused to redeem the discount
Annoying
Keeps putting my country as US, even though my phone number is Canadian. I deleted the app and manually chose Canada as my country before proceeding forward and it still shows USA as my country in the next screen. I don’t know if I should proceed forward with the wrong country and potentially be locked out of deals/an account, once they get this figured out or just give up now.

Won’t let me login
The “verification code” is sent after you can’t use it anymore. Hit resend, nothing. Texts me the code 15 minutes after it should. Impossible to login. Come on now.
Employee customer service
I have been going to A-to-Z since they’ve opened On Murdoch Avenue and the only time I will go in there now is when Jeff or Josh are working because they have excellent customer service and they treat you like a person They are awesome at what they do and I appreciate them very much. Both Jeff and Josh treat everyone equally. To me and I’m sure others appreciate being treated so well by them and it’s an absolute pleasure doing business with them. I love the way they make every customer feel important.I am not the only customer who feels that way.

When traveling this App is always a good line on local food and services Google or Apple may not show. It’s the citizen level Yelp for great people holding it down in their communities! Thanks @Apple for the win!
All Vape & Smoke Shops
So i live in a nice area. Just loaded up the app as my fav pizza place now switched rewards program to Fivestars. I begin to use the app’s Explore feature. 7 out of the first 8 results that were returned by the app were vape or smoke shops. Might be early stages of the app but not my cup of tea. #delete
