Bug Report
There’s a bug that can cause incorrect image uploads.
To replicate:
1. Begin a request
2. Add an image (Image A)
3. Follow the flow until you reach the preview page
4. Tap the image
5. (You’re now stuck at the beginning of the flow again)
6. Select a different image (Image B)
7. Follow the flow and notice the preview page still has the original image
8. Submit the request.
9. Notice that the request contains Image B despite having displayed Image A in the preview

Lots of great submissions. Very few resolved. Too many managers. This app is a sham!
Shame on the city. Just passing the work to the rank & file. Few positive results. You should be ashamed & embarrassed by the lack of real “fixes”!!!!
Useless app that’s ignored by the city
Using this app is useless. Every time I’ve reported something it’s been marked as fixed or “gone on arrival” and the problem still remains. The city seems to have spent thousands of dollars to make an app for someone to just click “done” and ignore everyone.
