Worst airline
Had a 6 hour delay and didn’t even have any internet on the plain
Small print
When I booked my ticket on flair, I didn’t realize because I couldn’t see the size of the text that it was an a.m. flight at 12:55 AM and not a p.m. flight. I thought I was flying in the afternoon. I contacted flair and they gave me the big long story I’d have to pay full price Lous, my feet selection and even though I prepaid for baggies, I couldn’t even get a baggage refund flair is the worst airline to try to get any kind of service. It should be called customer no service airline.

Worst Airline Experience – Disappointing Customer Service and No Accountability
My experience with Flair Airlines on our flight was extremely disappointing.
When booking our flight, we tried to reserve adjacent seats, but because the flight was full, we were unable to do so. Before boarding, we informed the airline that I am a senior with diabetes and high blood pressure, and requested adjacent seating so my wife could assist me during the flight if needed.
A fellow passenger kindly volunteered to switch seats with us, and we had already exchanged seats. However, cabin crew members Irene and Vishwa approached us in a rude and aggressive manner. Instead of showing empathy or understanding of my medical condition, they publicly embarrassed my wife, threatened to remove her from the aircraft, and forced her to return to her original seat.
The entire incident caused me significant stress and negatively affected my health. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary, especially when another passenger had willingly agreed to the seat exchange.
I submitted a detailed complaint expecting a thorough investigation and a professional response. Instead, after waiting 30 days, Flair Airlines sent what appeared to be a generic template response stating they would conduct an "internal review." There was no transparency, no accountability, and no indication that any meaningful action had been taken.
Making a customer wait an entire month only to receive a vague response is not good customer service—it feels like damage control. Saying that a complaint will be "reviewed internally" without sharing the outcome gives customers no confidence that their concerns were genuinely investigated.
The way the cabin crew handled a passenger with a medical condition showed a troubling lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic human empathy. Rather than feeling supported, we felt ignored, disrespected, and humiliated.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Flair Airlines. Passengers deserve better, especially when raising serious concerns about the conduct of cabin crew. An airline's true character is revealed not when everything goes smoothly, but by how it treats passengers who need understanding and compassion.
I would not recommend Flair Airlines based on this experience.

Refund never received
I am extremely disappointed with how Flair Airlines has handled my case.
More than a month ago, I requested a refund and was told that it had been approved. Flair even sent me documentation confirming the refund and charged me a $300 cancellation/refund fee. However, I never received the money. When I contacted customer service again, I was told that no refund had ever been processed, despite the receipts and PDF documents I have as proof.
I also had a serious issue with my checked baggage on May 24. I checked a 23 kg suitcase, and when I received it, there were clear signs that it had been opened. Several valuable items were missing, including a gold ring and other jewelry worth approximately $8,000 CAD.
The lack of accountability, poor communication, and contradictory information from Flair Airlines have made this experience extremely stressful. I expect Flair to investigate both the missing refund and the stolen items from my baggage and provide a fair resolution.

Worst airline ever
Do not go with Flair. Their baggage delay protection with Blue Ribbon Bags is a scam. They lost my luggage and wouldn’t pay me for the delayed bag fee.
