Was advised to connect as stated on the app. When I tried connecting on my flight from yeg to yyz nothing worked - not even the map.

Worst airline you could ever travel
Flair will lure you in with a cheap. Then they will proceed to scam you in every other aspect.
They STRICTLY measure every single little thing you take on the plane from a purse to a backpack. If it doesn’t fit in their confined space, you will have to pay $90 at the counter just to check in a bag.
If you want a refund. You have to wait 20-30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone in India, only for them to tell you to send an email to the specific department.
Avoid this at all costs.

Won’t even open
Won’t let you open it until you’ve completed takeoff and then once you have the app still wouldn’t open and therefore meant no entertainment for the flight 👍
