Cannot pay for session
I added funds and then adding my information like phone number and license plate CORRECTLY — AND I CANNOT PAY USING THE APP. It either says my home number is invalid or my license plate is invalid. FIX THIS
Needs Proof of Parking
Too many times I’ve been ticketed knowing I’ve for sure paid for parking. When going to request a receipt to dispute the ticket, the customer service team is as good as useless. There needs to be a simpler way to log the paid parking history. Any novice app designer would be able to integrate this feature into an app like this.

Worst parking app
I can’t login, can’t pay as a guest , can’t reset my password, I have already gotten two tickets and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app! It still doesn’t bloody work. Thanks MyParking
Avoid
If you use this you need to start your session before you arrive and end after you have left. Otherwise you’ll be fined. No grace period to enter or exit parking lot.

If at all possible and appropriate - as a residential visitor parking permit holder - may I please ask for some updates?
1. Session history - my visitor once received a ticket when the session was on and I couldn’t prove it cz I do not have session history/timestamps
2. A floating (non-disappearing) phone screen notification when session is on - as someone with ADHD I keep forgetting to turn it off when the visitor leaves…
Would be greatly appreciated!
