Atrocious App
This has to be one of the worst apps on the App Store. Constantly freezes, glitches out, and when it works it takes forever to load. Do better Calgary.

Horrendous app
Difficult to create an account, can’t change the password. Just use it as a guest, forget about registering an account. It needs a lot of work.

Needs Proof of Parking
Too many times I’ve been ticketed knowing I’ve for sure paid for parking. When going to request a receipt to dispute the ticket, the customer service team is as good as useless. There needs to be a simpler way to log the paid parking history. Any novice app designer would be able to integrate this feature into an app like this.
