I reported an accident that happened to me when I was on it a few weeks back and the manager from Wellington called me and had to ban my account. Still a fun thing but I guess theyâre just salty.

I recently tried Flamingo scooters and overall had a pretty solid experience. Itâs just great
Itâs just great!! The pricing is pretty good, can go an extreme speed for a scooter and you can get free minutes showing how active the app is. My first ride was when my friends were always using them to go to town. So, I downloaded the.app, hopped ons scooter and sent it downhill and the experience was amazing!!!

Not as solid and stable compared to Lime so beginners could have trouble especially as the accelerator is more sensitive, but great otherwise and cheaper nz owned option.

if you havenât tried a flamingo yet, give it a go. 3 of many reasons:
- the scooters are always well maintained (almost. itâs a share service after all!)
- their service is excellent. anytime iâve been in contact, or had a problem, their people are on it. sometimes preemptively or almost in real time.
- iâm primarily a walker and cyclist. when the weather is off or iâm outta time, a flamingo saves.

Just simply a rubbish app to use. A flappy helmet lock that is removable and can be easily lost. No idea why it replaced Lime in my area.
