Worst customer service, phone always not connect, livechat always queue 1hour, parcel stuck for 2 weeks then deliver to nowhere.

Not detail enough
When its comes tracking hopefully can put statements etc about the parcel arrive to which area and left which area . Not like inbound or outbound only . I wanted to know the parcel was at where too

Just a bad shipping company
I have had the unfortunate experience of having packages delivered by flash express twice and both the times the service have been the absolute worst. Took like 10 days after arriving to malaysia for my first item to be delivered to my door and a similar case for my 2nd package as well.
Wrong address
Send at wrong delivery address. A hassle to download and register first in order to send feedback if not delivered yet. Then when I tried to send feedback user is not friendly.
And the worst courier service ever goes to…
Delivery sent to the wrong address. Contacted customer service and they asked me to ask the selling platform to refund me. Ended my chat before settling my issue. HELLO!!! FLASH, is the one at fault. How can you ask the seller to pay for YOUR mistake??? For businesses or anyone that’s planning to have your stuff shipped by Flash, I hope you’re aware that you’ll need to clean up after them even though it’s not your fault.

Bug on the keyboard
Unable to add address to start my booking. I set the sender address unsuccessfully, when I filled out the details the keyboard can’t be closed. I can’t click the “OK” button.

Walaowehh tak payah bukak company lah.. Owner bo*** ke apa.. Staff suka2 curi orang punya parcel.. Dah kita ambil masa refund dengan shopee.. Buang masa lah bukak company sampah macam ini.. Staff pun macam anak haram tak pandai kerja.. Staff dengan management sama pencuri..

Very slow, tooks 5 days also no action, force us to download the app to so call accelerate the delivery process, but its just useless.
Customer service did not reply, the phone number given is out of service.
There is nothing worth to be recommended for this logistics company. Wouldn’t use this service anymore.

it tooks 4-5 days for my item to arrive from klang to cheras ?? this is the worst shipping express i ever experience.. i always avoid using this express but sometimes i got no choice bcs certain platform only accept shipping from flash express but bffr.. this shipping is not flashing at all.. yall should change it to sloth express..

improve your given information on tracking parcel what the point of tracking if you just telling the movements of the parcel just show our parcel exact location like jnt and please update your hub on the map

Their parcel service is like tossing around the parcel from klang to our destination and then back to klang or to some other places.. mine was supposed to be delivered to seremban.. so it came Seremban and then sent back to Klang and then to Melaka hub and to Seremban and then sent back to Melaka and back to Klang..
