App is awful. Zero support
App doesn’t work anymore! Recently I haven’t been able to get past the login screen after iPhone restore. I enter my credentials and nothing happens. I submitted a trouble ticket and no response a week later. Clearly this is a major widespread issue based on recent reviews but rather than acknowledging the issue and posting something on the website the company has been silent. Were we hacked? Get it together

Employees take good stuff
Employees take first dibs on anything worth buying and they also text their family and friends when the deals on good things will be going live so they can be first in line for them. You get left with garbage. Loblaws and Flashfood won’t do anything about it.
Also, why do the $5 produce boxes give me 30 oranges that are going to be expiring in the next two days? at least give me an assortment of different fruits and vegetables instead of just being lazy and piling 60 of the same fruits in the same bag. Then another bag for $5 filled with only eggplant…SPLIT THEM UP

Well; just saw this ad thought it Might help save some money on groceries especially since I’m disabled and on a small fixed income. However After setting up an account which Is required; I found out there’s Nothing near me and No way to get any customer service!! Piss Poor App!!

I love this app! The $5.00 produce bags are well worth the money! Many other great deals as well! With the costs increasing these days this app is a lifesaver!!

As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I am able to choose and eat healthy food thru flash food.
Great app for savings and to avoid waste
My only suggestion would be to add a picture or something to indicate local food or origin.

I’ve been using Flash Food since I found out about it in April 2026. I absolutely LOVE this app! I’ve gotten so much food [that I ordinarily wouldn’t buy] for a quarter of the cost!

It is refreshing to be able to get food at a reduced price. It’s also fun to search through the food and pick out what you need.

I just started using Flashfood and I love it. I have obtained some really good deals on food. Plus the fact that the app is so easy to use makes things that much better. I wish I had discovered Flashfood sooner.

Forget refunds
I ordered 3 items and when I got to the store , none of the Iran were in stock so they told me to ask for a refund ..been exchanging emails with them for days and I just got 1 of the 3 items refunded..will be deleting my account and I do not recommend this app at all.
Deals no longer deals
Used to get a good sized bag of discounted produce, however the amount given has shrunk to the point it is no longer worth it. When I can buy fresh for less than the discounted price why would I use app and pay a fee?
Scammers
They use AI and agents ignore any info you give them so they don't have to refund your purchase when you are sold spoiled food. Thankfully your credit card company will issue a chargeback when they don't respond :) MAKE SURE YOU USE CHARGE BACKS!!!!! Flashfood has completely stopped replying to issues.

Great app to get deals and fruit/veggies and other products.
Refunds
The refund process is very confusing. I recently placed an offer and when I went to the store to pick it up, they didn’t have everything I ordered. I requested a refund through the app and after several attempts to give FlashFood the information requested, including the order number, which they confirmed that they that it was correct, I still have not receive my refund. It’s been a week. I’m very, very frustrated and upset.

Game Changer!
I’d seen the kiosks in Kroger several times and finally decided to google it. Flashfood is an awesome way to save on groceries, particularly meat & seafood. I tell everyone I can about it.
