Stopped working completely
I used to love this app, even in my rural area there were some good options.
About a month ago it stopped letting me login at all. I’ve tried my apple account, logging in and out of my apple account, making a new account, everything. I’ll get as far as inputting the password, get the losing screen, then it sends me right back to login. I’ve tried over several weeks and several phone restarts, checked app permissions. Nothing works.

Savings are REAL!
After seeing Flashfood kiosks in Kroger I decided to Google it and boy am I glad I did! The amount of money I’ve saved on meat specifically is mind blowing. I’ve been telling everyone I know about the app!

Wanted to like it.
Seemed like a great idea but I factory reset my phone and now I can’t log in. I’ve tried uninstalling the app trying to change the password. It lets me put in all the log in info but just keeps going back to the sign in screen. So it’s useless.

They've saved me a tremendous amount of money and helped me feed my kids, mostly produce and healthy items plus some meat for my pups, but Giant ended their contract so it wasn't usable. Reinstalled to see if there were any new companies added and noticed that they steal EVERYTHING! Why do you need "sensitive" information to buy some marked down groceries. FOH Flashfood, incredibly disappointing.

J’ai demandé un remboursement puisque le maxi ne respectait pas les règles de salubrité de consommation en 30 jours de la date de péremption du produit congelé. Ils m’ont remboursé mais reprit des montants sur ma carte sans aucun achat c’est un correctif de crédit de leurs part. J’ai essayée de communiquer avec eux avec les preuves et le seul retour que j’ai eu c’est de contester avec ma banque . Aucune compagnie n’a le droit de prélever de l’argent sur ma carte sans achats. Aucun numéro de téléphone disponible pour le service à la clientèle. J’ai déjà communiqué avec ma banque et c’est effectivement un prélèvement de leur part après le remboursement

Can’t sign in
Haven’t been able to sign into this app for months. Sign and kicks me back to the sign in screen. I have had the same account/password saved in my phone since I downloaded the app

Very useful app to find goods at a good price
Excellent Customer Service
I have used FlashFood for approximately 2 years and love it. Occasionally, if an item is missing or the picture doesn’t exactly represent what is being sold, customer service is excellent and always solves the issue immediately. I can always count on receiving a refund for a legitimate error by the store. I check daily for my specials and have saved a ton of money. Considering food prices today, I am very grateful for any and all discounts. Thanks FlashFood Customer Service.

A lot of the stuff is freezable so I’m saving an incredible amount on meats. I love Kroger so this is perfect.

I love this idea- less food waste, and no waiting in checkout lines! We have at least a couple stores we can go to and use this app. Very handy and fun! App is easy to use.

Excellent way to save some money with the always increasing food prices.
Love all the great discounts.
As long as you don’t leave things more than a day or two, foods are still in great shape and taste good too and it gets me walking to the store on most days.
Downgrade
Now there are no stores? There had been dozens. Now you can’t look at the stores unless you sign up? You used to be able to look as a guest. Zero stars until fixed. Zero stars until you can have it work again after the update that broke it.
