They take your money and don’t provide service
Update, day 6 and it’s excuse after excuse. The reps cut you off and don’t let you finish speaking so they can provide excuses. I’ve had to click on request quote for them to literally call me back as no one answers on the app to answer questions. I deal with contractors and service on a daily basis and this is by far the worst service in Broward County. It’s as if some kid hopped on AI to create an app that does not work properly and the staff is disappointing at best. Hopefully they can release the hold on my credit card without penalty as no services are rendered and my gate has been unlocked in back for a week now as they keep telling me today they will fulfill the order. Absolutely the worst experience dealing with this “company”, if you can call it that
Update Day 7. They said they would cancel the order and no penalty but they haven’t cancelled the order and it’s 8:36pm. I have to call again tomorrow (request quote for them to call me back, since they don’t have customer support) and hopefully resolve this nightmare
After the company’s response. The public should know it took 11 days without service or communication before I started to actively pursue a result with either a refund or service. The sheer fact they respond to. What I’ve reviews roughly a month later is strategy to bury the negative reviews with feedback showing they “care and looking into the situation” don’t let them fool you. There is zero communication from company to customer. Literally zero. Take your business elsewhere

Flash Gas operates with a network of independent contractor drivers who have the flexibility to accept or reject orders based on their availability. Once a driver is assigned to your order, they are able to provide a much more accurate and specific delivery date and time. Thank you for sharing your feedback about the gas delivery service. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the service. However, we want to provide a more accurate picture of the situation. Firstly, it is important to clarify that the confusion regarding the amount of gas you needed was due to a lack of clear communication on your part. Your tank is not a 70 gallon tank, and Florigas actually delivered 155 gallons (full tank) by accident instead of 50. This mistake was not caused by the service, but rather due to the miscommunication on your end. While it is true that the service charges higher rates than the going rate for gas, it should also be noted that they provide a convenient delivery service, which incurs additional costs such as service, delivery, and driver tip fees. These fees are clearly outlined in their pricing structure. In regards to the charge on your card, the service did not just add a charge without your knowledge or consent. They attempted to contact you to clarify the amount of gas you needed, but did not receive a response, so they proceeded to fill up your tank all the way. We apologize for any confusion. It is important to note that not only did you charge back for the 155 gallons that were mistakenly delivered, but you also did not pay for the 50 gallon order that you had requested. This is a concerning issue that we take very seriously. We encourage you to rectify this situation and pay for the gas that was delivered to you. It is not fair to the gas delivery service to be left with unpaid charges for a service that was provided to you. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
