App isn’t working
The print now button literally doesn’t work. Please fix this!! I need to ship stuff out.
APP CRASHES ALL THE TIME
It was working fine not until i printed more than 5 and the started to get laggy, constantly disconnect to bluetooth and will let me refresh the printer and app itself all the time. It's getting really annoying now!

Don’t buy a printer that uses this app
You have to have the app opened when you print! Otherwise it stops printing! Meaning if you are printing 100 labels you have to watch it print! And not do anything else!

Add feature actual fit
When I print my labels, they’re coming out a little bit tinier, and I’m putting the correct measurement. 4×6 I wish they had a setting where they click actual size.
Good for short runs, not for long runs
I use it mainly for one label at a time and it works great every time. But recently I've tried to make about 100 of some labels at a time and the app crashes or the printer crashes, sometimes both.
Does the job, but could be better
It prints labels from the PDF I download from Pirateship well enough. I just wish it would work in landscape as I use my iPad most of the time and I always have it on my Magic Keyboard.
No longer works
No longer can sync my printer to the phone to print anything. Saying device not found but I can’t even select the “click to find button”

Low ratings but the app worked perfectly fine for me.. printed first try and its pretty easy to use.

The app works ok but I need to label the names of the labels better and the character cutoff is soooo short. Also please add folders to organize labels.
Annoying app
This app came with my printer. I cannot get the driver installed for my computer so I’ve been having to use this. It’s awful. It doesn’t have many options and the crop options don’t even have the appropriate label size. The labels print blocky and the lines bleed into each other. I am trying flashlabelpro now. I might return the printer if the issue isn’t the app. Really frustrating all around. It has very few options and it’s hard to get the results you want with such simple features.

Terrible app for a terrible printer
Terrible app. They give you options to crop. They have several aspect ratio settings and none of them are 4x6 which is the size of a shipping label. Resolution is also not good. Not sure if that’s an issue with the printer or the app. I’m worried the package could scan incorrectly.

Please add an automatic cropping feature. A lot of similar apps have it and has been a game changer for us so please add the feature🙏
Gets the job done
Simple setup & gets the job done you might need to crop your label to get the right size other than that no issues
Works amazingly
Been using for about an hour or two, this thing works splendidly. No issues so far, I wanted to give a positive rating because this is actually an easy to use app and again, no issues so far
Needs work
Sometimes it works, but most of the time is doesn’t. Always prints my labels out of order or doesn’t print them at all, or prints duplicates. I’ve wasted so much on labels

Initially I loved the ease and print quality of the printer and app. The app CRASHES every time I try to print! I tried reaching out to customer service and never got a reply. Terrible company.
Unreliable
Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Tonight, the print now button doesn’t work, so no labels can be printed.
