Unable to use app after most recent update. Please address this glaring issue. Keeps telling me to “update app before using” but I update it yesterday to the newest version.

App requires update, but no update available.
Opened the app to make my monthly mortgage payment and was presented with a notification that an app update was required. Tapping “update” opens the App Store and only an option to open the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and got stuck in the same cycle.
Broken
This app worked fine. Then some recent update occurred that makes it completely unusable. It asks me to update even after completely deleting the app and reinstalling it.
I just wanted to pay my mortgage but I guess this now gets to be an inconvenience. Thanks for disabling the app right before I was able to pay. (It was working a few days ago)

Bring back
I want to know when I add additional to my principal how much I will save. Or make a payment to the principal how much you save on interest. It used to be on here and it went away.

I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are very sketchy and cause nothing but issues. They will push your closing date back as well as mess up all of your paperwork causing you to have to wait for hours at the title company waiting on them to fix their mistakes.

This app WAS wonderful, but for months I haven’t been able to submit payments. I have to go through the hassle of the website. Such. A. Pain. Please fix it!

Flat Branch has one of the best mortgage application apps (and team) ever. And the payment app is not disappointing. The application process was as smooth as smooth can be. Simple but great. Great job!!!

Payment review
The payment system is garbage. There has been multiple months I’ve went to make payments on the due date and it’s impossible because they shut down everything the day of holidays and the days they deem holidays. Can’t pay on weekends either (ONLINE PAYMENTS lol)

Worthless
This app makes you put in your password 1000x to buffer. And if it actually lets you in the moment you click on something it logs you out and closes completely. Save your time and energy and just pay online.
Does not work
This app is complete broken on iOS. Switched from android and the app works there flawlessly. Very disappointing. FIX THIS.
