The transpose feature
don’t understand why the transpose feature was turned into a paid Power feature when it used to be free. It was one of the most useful tools for musicians, especially students like me who rely on it to practice, learn music in different keys, or switch between instruments. Taking a feature that has always been available and suddenly locking it behind a subscription feels like a downgrade instead of an improvement.
I understand that apps need ways to make money, but moving existing free features behind a paywall isn’t the best way to do it. It makes longtime users feel like they’re losing something they already had, rather than gaining new premium features. A better approach would be to keep the transpose feature free and reserve Power for brand new tools and improvements.
Please consider bringing the transpose feature back for everyone. A lot of musicians, students, and longtime users depended on it, and making it free again would show that you value the community that helped support the app in the first place.

Tuning
It’s simple to use but if all instruments there is no excuse for digital ones to be out of tune! The saxophones are sooo flat!

Ripped off
I just bought the premium version to get the lead vocal and other instruments that don’t come with the free version. Finished paying and it’s still saying I don’t have access. Did the transaction again cause I thought maybe it didn’t go through and it says “You’re already subscribed to this”. What a rip off, $12.99 and I don’t have access to any of the features I paid for.

気になるところ
・バイオリンが全くハキハキと鳴りません。
ゆっくりな曲にはいいですが、バイオリンメインの曲や16分がでるような曲はバイオリンの音が繋がって聞こえて全然意味を成さないです。
・a tempoを追加して欲しいです。
BPMをまたそこで設定しないとずっと早いままor遅いままです。
・稀にバグって下の鍵盤の音1つだけをタッチしても、他の音も同時に楽譜に配置されてしまいます。
非常にめんどくさいです。
・アルペジオがちょっと遅いです。
速さを指定できるorもう少し早めに鳴らして欲しいです
・A'やB'は付けれないの？
あるとしたらもう少しわかりやすい位置に配置して欲しいです。
他の要素に関してはとてもいいアプリです！！

無料でクラシックを作曲するのは難しい
popsのような曲を作るのならば、普通に無料でも十分なくらいいいアプリだと思いますが(popsを作ったことがない)クラシックを作曲したい人には大変だと思います。
【良いところ👍】
ピアノや太鼓など、ある程度の楽器なら作曲できる。
鍵盤を打って音の記入するタイプ(すごく分かりやすい)
細かい表記に対応している。(スラーや臨時記号など)
普通にPOPsを作るなら困らない程度であると思う。
という感じです。ただ、反対に
【悪いところ】
a tempoなど一部クラシックでは必須なものが対応していない。
とにかく無課金での楽器の種類が少ない。
PDFを読み取るのは無料でない… etc

自分は高校生で課金はできないのですが、社会人でない人にも使えるようなアプリにしてほしいなと思います。

Very very gud
This app is really awesome and helps with finding great music that you don’t have to spend money on to print. I use this more than other paid apps such as Musicscore due to its wide variety of music as well as its easy to download and print abilities.
Baritone player here
I play baritone horn. HQ Baritone horn notes are off a beat. I love the app but that’s a big issue.

I love the flat app and how it’s available to my finger tips but from being a fellow percussionist please add more percussion instruments your missing a lot.

Flat review
This is a very good platform to get into composing with a pretty good community, but there are some constraints, especially for piano, and some new fonts and styling options would be very nice, to add character to your scores, such as those stylized letters you could find on 1800s music books. The piano constraints for me mainly come in the inability to beam across staves. I REALLY want this feature SOON.

Great App, could be better
I love using flat as a mobile composing app. It is great for what it is, but there are some things that need improvement. For instance, I think that they should expand on the higher range of woodwind instruments like saxophones and clarinets, as they are able to play much higher in real life then in the app. Also please make baritone sax and bass clarinet free, as they are in lots of ensembles and bands, and it is hard to make band arrangements without them.

Personal Review
I like the app, it helps with multiple things such as composing music as well as hearing what other people have composed. It even helped me learn Bass Clef instruments such as Tuba, which will help me play the notes on Piano in the long run. Though, one problem I have is the limited amount of instruments. Whenever I want to add something cool such as Timpani or Bells, or any sort of tuned percussion, it’s always locked behind the Flat Power subscription. But, overall, I have a fun time with the app and even shared it to a few friends so they can use it. I’m glad I found this app.

Great app
I love how this is a free option for future arrangers to start off! The only critiques I have is I would work on how the already included individual instruments sound so that it’s more realistic and so that it can change with different dynamics. Another critique I have is that I think that the piccolo instrument that is typically not included should be included for free as it allows for some arrangements to really shine.

I’m giving this app five stars! I love the communities in this one large community, how you can meet people like you, and how it helps people compose! I’ve wanted to compose since I was seven, and I just loved having the opportunity!
I only have one small problem. You should be able to report offensive comments/PFP’s. In my time on the app, I’ve seen offensive things been said and rude/inappropriate profile pictures that I cannot report. Maybe add a way to report.
Along with this, factors such as harassment have been going around in the community recently, which may cause a multitude of people to leave. Please add more regulations.
Other than these two things, this app is great. It’s easier to use than MuseScore, and, although may not have as high quality sounds, has still great sounds, instruments, and notation. The ability to change fonts also is a bonus. Furthermore, this app has helped me achieve my dream of composing with its videos. It’s truly a great app.

Overall pretty good
I use flat to write metal and rock. For the most part it does what I need. A little slow and glitchy here and there and wish you could change the tuning on guitars.

THE BEST
If you want a free music writer, this is probably what your going to wet this one, while it does have limited storage, for being free, the sound is pretty good quality. You can get higher quality audio with a subscription, but it doesn’t change much. Some instruments, of course, sound better when you’re using the subscription, but it mostly just adds instruments.

AMAZING APP
I love that its really easy to figure out how to use i also can like explore what people have made over the years
Works well and it’s free!
I know there is a better paid version, but what you get for free is fantastic! I do wish you could add an “a tempo” button that returns the song to the starting tempo after a ritardando. I’ve been using accelerando instead and it doesn’t have the same effect.

Ok so the app is a 10/10 for beginner composers. Super easy to use and user friendly. I’ve never been able to compose from my phone. I think my main big issue is the limited quality for free to use people.
