Charges a subscription fee without consent, shameful.
I’m another user who wanted to quickly buy my daughter a score, it charged me the one time fee and started charging a subscription without my consent through dark patterns.

Have taken payment even though i cancelled
I signed up for the free trial to download a specific score, cancelled my subscriptions (as they appear to have subscribed me to something I didn’t ask to be subscribed to) straightaway and then took payment anyway. I have requested a refund and been told no as I subscribed and it’s been past the 14 days, never mind the fact I cancelled. So £69.99 has been taken out of my account so one score, which I also had to pay for has cost me a fortune. Absolutely don’t bother with it.

I have subscription app is erroring out
Do not waste your money upgrading this app. I paid to unlock sheet music, but even after upgrading, the sheets remain completely inaccessible. It is a total bait-and-switch. When I immediately reached out to customer support to get a refund for a service that doesn't even work, they denied my request and said I wasn't eligible. Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this app!
