Terrible Service and Zero Accountability
My experience with FLEEK VENDOR has been nothing but disappointing. The chat support is extremely slow far beyond the promised response time, and when they finally reply, they offer no real help. Most of the time, it feels like they’re just giving excuses instead of fixing anything.
Their team also lacks proper knowledge to verify whether products are authentic or counterfeit, which creates constant problems for users. This platform needs serious improvement before it can be considered reliable.

Unresponsive Support & No Real Expertise
FLEEK VENDOR has been a frustrating experience. Their chat support promises replies within 1–2 hours but often takes much longer, and even when they respond, the staff doesn’t seem interested in resolving issues. Instead of solutions, you get excuses and unnecessary delays.
On top of that, the team clearly lacks the expertise to verify product authenticity, which makes the platform unreliable for buying or selling branded items. Overall, a very disappointing service.

Unreliable Verification and Poor Quality Control
FLEEK VENDOR’s verification system is completely unreliable and useless. The app fails to properly identify whether products are original or counterfeit, resulting in fake or misrepresented clothes being sold. This negligence has caused serious issues for both buyers and sellers. I wouldn’t recommend this platform until they fix their verification process.

The bare minimum
The app is missing a lot of key things. It has trouble sending notifications for thing I need to know about, yet I get a notification every single day at 9:01am to tell me i have an unfulfilled order even when I don’t.
There are key things missing like when someone places an offer with me for a bundle I can’t see who placed it. There isn’t even a reference number.
The Fleek profile page needs to be updated to look more like an instagram or depop profile.
Needs a lot of work.
