Bought 10 pairs of hoka runnih shoes. 8 of them rubbish. Cant even resell them. Even if I was trying my best. Fleeks team did very bad quality check. They should not send me thsese. Never again!
Gone downhill
Been using fleek for approx 2 years now, Prices have increased, is cheaper to source closer to home. Still waiting for orders from April/May. Build a bundle is overpriced also, have to spend supplier minimum then supplier comes back to say 50/60% of items are not in stock and provide sub-par alternatives. When receive items with problems suppliers then say I have to place a 30 pc minimum order and they will send me one item for free- ridiculous that I then have to pay more money to place an order due to receiving items with issues. Fleek is a waste of time, I used to spend £1k-£2k monthly there, in the past month ive placed substantially less orders, many of which I’ve had to cancel due to supplier not having the stock.

£65 minimum per store
i loved the build a bundle feature but they have now introduced a £65 minimum per store which renders the whole idea redundant. it’s virtually impossible to reach the limit without buying stuff you don’t want. Has definitely dettered me from buying as it’s cheaper now to go back to my old supplier
Was great now rubbish
I was an avid lover and buyer of fleek, perfect place to get your stock from different suppliers by handpicking. Now they’ve changed it where you have to have a minimum spend of £65 with per supplier so you cannot and pick choose a minimum of ten items from different suppliers but rather, spend £65 with each supplier. This is not feasible when having multiple favourite suppliers.

But the prices for the pieces is a little outrageous. I never gave it a shot rather just find the pieces myself. Too expensive.

Building a bundle is no more an option
It is a really good app but adding a fixed price value to the cart for each seller kills the purpose of building a bundle of your choice.Its more like forcing the buyer to buy a bundle from one seller even if he doesnt have all the items of your choice for a bundle.So building a bundle of your choice is not an option now.

I couldn’t do this without Fleek, there are sooo many good items to choose from. Shipping is fast (considering I’m 11000 miles away) and reliable. If you have any problems, they’re there to help and are quick to resolve your issues. Cheers!
Overall a great app!
I love this app, needs minor improvements. I’ve really enjoyed the recent update where you can build a bundle it’s one of my favourite features!!! One problem is while scrolling and browsing the items the whole app/site just glitches, it repeats items I’ve already seen and I have to restart the app and scroll to pick up where I left off (then it often glitches again) - Not the biggest deal.
Some of my clothes come with broken zips, buttons, stains that weren’t disclosed by the supplier (not the apps fault really) but fleek team members are quick to help and offer a refund if needed, or a coupon, it’s very nice that they care about their customers and they’re pretty quick too, never had a bad experience with that or any issues with not getting a solution! :) thank you for this app and the hard work customer service goes through! 💝

Great app idea horrific execution
I have never used an app with such a slow, unresponsive, unreliable & buggy user interface. If you are on it longer than 10 minutes it will crash.
The constant bombardment of notifications is also extremely annoying as-well.
The support team is replay useless, in a bundle of 80 branded items, costing me £900, over 50% were fake. All I was offered was a £20 fleek credit. Laughable & illegal.
It’s a shame because if the company actually invested in the app it would be so great. Lazy work imo

Serves its purpose
It’s good for buying wholesale, but it doesn’t half make the process tedious. Despite having had to update the app several times recently, the way it works is still so so poor. Scrolling through items is incredibly jumpy, it skips items then shows you the same ones over and over again until you inevitably refresh the app, open it up again and restart your search, just for it to for it again 3 minutes later. The picture quality on everything has decreased dramatically since the last update too. If you click on the picture to enlarge it it’s fine, but without doing that it is dreadful.

I got scammed and given the wrong clothes. The customer service was awful and offered me a 20$ coupon for my next order. This was no where near enough compensation for the couple hundred dollars I spent. I tried to appeal there decision but it blocked me from opening another support chat.

Is it cool that they make buying wholesale international easy? Yes it is. However their customer service is god awful. They take hours if not days to respond, and even if they do they aren’t even helpful either. For example, I was trying to change the email on my account, and they told me to message it to them, but their filters literally do not allow email addresses to be sent via messages
They also have untrue and misleading advertisements all the time. They claimed that shipping routes are fine and will be on time but my 2 orders are delayed. They advertise a referral bonus with no mention of a minimum purchase, and they claim it will show up in your account within a day. But when I referred someone, It took 5 days and multiple messages with customer service for it to show up, and they said it has to be over $200 which is mentioned absolutely nowhere.
If you’re going to buy off here, do it with caution because if you have a problem you are not going to be receiving any help.

Very buggy app.
The deals look OK but the app constantly bugs and refreshes whenever you look at something. As of recently, they’ve also removed the ability to be able to watch product photos from their app and their website when we used to be able to do it before. It’s very misleading.

Bad quality 10+ days for refund
Unfortunately my first time buying hasn’t gone well. The vender lied about the quality of the clothes which luckily fleek noticed & asked if I wanted a refund. However after waiting the suggested time for the refund still nothing. Chased them & they have basically sent the same message again saying it will take another week. No hope at all with getting my £100+ back from them. Very disappointed
