App and Software Full of Bugs
The camera, as hardware, is great, but I’ve sent in over a dozen bug reports and simple feature requests in the span of 2 weeks.
I have provided tons of evidence to the support team and on one of the issues that clearly persists, I’m being told that the issue cannot be replicated on their side.
I really hope their engineering and support teams take these reports/findings seriously and update the app, as this will make or break a good product.
I’ve mainly been having issues with the timestamps in the app vs the actual video not matching, as the app shows the default UTC, but my time zone is UTC -4 (Eastern Daylight). Little discrepancies should have been caught and tested long before the release of this software, as the whole point of having video footage is to provide evidence in the event of an accident.

Works well
I wish they had option for landscape mode…but overall ok. Cameras are responsive for our fleet.
