Not functioning
I canāt pay the parking and keep asking me to validate email and update profile, even I change thousand time it still goes back to original and keep pop out message say the internet issue
Not Able to login
Any issue with the apps since last 2 days, 28th June 2026. Not able to login, keep loading and end up āplease check your internet connectivity or try turn on and off flight mode?ā

Bad user interface and connectivity issue
Apps canāt establish connection even after perform t/shooting steps as instructed, thus I cannot pay the fees. User interface hard to navigate. I got fine ticket because of this, which i didnāt know there are options for 2hrs parking. do you expect user to randomly tap on icons to navigate around for payment?

Malfunction
Hi,Your app cannot detect my location and shows a connectivity error. It has never prompted me for location permission and does not appear in iOS Settings ā Location Services at all.
I have already reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and confirmed Location Services works fine for other apps (e.g., Maps).

The app is bugged
The app canāt detect location automatically despite all permissions are already given and activated. Checke smy internet connection and reboot the device with no avail. Please check the app coding again. I donāt want to receive a parking ticket for no reason!

i love this apps. But sometimes im facing no data or wifi. But i have the data n wifi.
Server got network connection problem
Canāt detect my location, sometimes, and as I checked it is not my device network connectio problem as I can use other services without a problem while in this app doesnāt have connection.
Lousy
Keep saying I donāt have internet connection when my internet is working just fine. How you expect me to pay for parking? I tried reinstalling and now I canāt even log back in, if not fixed then my money is stuck inside
App is not working after maintenance
I was prompted the system was under maintenance. 1 day after that I tried to click at my car number to pay parking and it says there i have no internet connection. My internet was working fine coz i can still stream and browse the internet so I am not sire what bug is in the app. This happen not only to me but also to others. i verified by asking the people around me and they had the same problem. I hope i wonāt be fined for not paying the parking coz the app is not working as it should.

Connection problem
Always having problems detecting my location,
Itās say no data received even thereās data and wifi
I tried severe times to pay my parking fee, for some reason it shows Iām unable to pay due to no data connectivity. Well data works fine with other apps and even chrome.
Lagging App
The appās performance needs significant improvement! It frequently lags and often fails to connect, making it frustrating to use.

Something is wrong with this apps
Iāve been trying to open this apps for parking and it seems that I canāt open this app at all, even though I have my information in it. I also realise the RM10 I reload is gone since yesterday! For Godsake please fix it!
App not functioning
What a lousy app. It keeps telling me to check my internet connectivity when my network works fine on other apps. Already restarted the app, already deleted and installed it again and itās still the same. Please fix this!
not user-friendly at all
I received a parking fine because I forgot to pay for my parking. When I got the notification, I immediately opened the app to make the payment, but instead of showing me the fine directly, the app asked me to select the district (daerah) first.
The problem is that many users may not know which district they are currently in, especially when they are in a hurry. Because of this, I was unable to pay my fine immediately.
Since the app already has access to our parking location when we pay for parking, it should automatically detect the district and display any outstanding fines related to that location. At the very least, users should be able to see their fines without having to manually search for the correct district.
When people are rushing somewhere and need to make a quick payment, they do not have time to figure out which district they are in. The app should automatically identify the location and make the payment process much simpler.
Please improve the user experience by using location detection and displaying fines automatically. This would make the app much more convenient and prevent unnecessary frustration for users.
