Flex body scale unit
I am trying to use it for the flex body scale unit and uploaded it and can’t be able to finish installing it because it will ask for a code sent to your phone which is not sent and no other way to activate it. Poorly design

I WILL, but can you let me though? Pathetic. I had recommended this product to my friends in the past, however not anymore. The product might be good but the app is third class. Haven't been able to use this product properly since 1-2 years now as the app won't work. Fix it. Else, people will move on. Like me.

Don’t buy premium of it not worth it
There is no need to buy premium. I bought it for a year, but haven’t been able to use it. Not even once the apps keep on crashing. The workout is not saved. If I download the exercise off-line, it doesn’t download the app keeps on crashing every time I open my profile in the app. It is totally not worth spending. Not even one rupee on this. I have multiple times send them emails suggestions. They even replied back that try to re-login. New update is coming but nothing works. It is a worst app and even after a long time, it still doesn’t work, and my money of yearly subscription is not Going to come back

Full of bugs
I am using flex bike and weight scale since long back, from last updates, I’m not able to synchronise my weight scale, I’m getting an error indicates wrong birthday, which is not correct after several attempt of birth. Save still, I’m getting the same issue, then I have deleted my account successfully now. I am not able to create new account, with my email address and mobile number and won’t be able to get email to reset my password
Whilelogin with previous registered email address and password. I won’t be able to login through account getting error. Message details are not valid while signup. I’m getting error message that email address is already registered.

More like a scam
App crashes, you need to buy subscription for everything. The UI is bad, and the customer support is non existent.

I had been using this a longtime, suddenly it started to close when I start to workout. Can’t track my duration now

Waste of sub as app doesn’t work on iPad or iphone.
Buggy
The app is extremely buggy. Sometimes it won’t record heart rate. Sometimes it just crashed. I own a Flexnest rower which is great and full credit to the company. But the app needs some serious attention and lots of love to really bring it up to speed and make it work flawlessly.

Locked out of the app. Disappointed.
I have been using the Flexnest app as a paid user for last one year. I have realised that I have been locked out of the app from last 20 days with a message saying please authenticate.
Reached out to Support on WhatsApp, but no reply. If this does not get solved I will have to cancel my subscription and probably the devices will go to a waste. I have flex bike and a rowing machine.

Not able to login
I deleted the account and I am not able to login with email id it says incorrect email or password after resetting the password multiple time not able to login and I tried to mobile number login with OTP and yet it says invalid OTP

Privacy issue!
Why do I need to provide my phone number to use a device that I have paid for(heftily)? All you need is just an email address to authenticate and authorize users.
Register Problems
I purchased this today and it wouldn’t let me register. I tried all the way they suggested but nothing worked. I cancelled my subscription. M

Terrible App! - Might be an understatement
Authentication required for what?! Streamline the subscription strategy ASAP. Sort it out or loses customers. Not gonna buy Flexnest after this weighing scale dies.
Buggy app
Upon selecting the guest user option, the app crashes while specifying the height. I have tried using both feet as well as centimetre options.
Can not take my mobile number
I accidentally deleted my account. Now while creating new account with my Apple ID, it is giving error of “ mobile already taken”

Hangs after asking to authenticate
App shows message to “please authenticate”. I can’t logout or login to my account. No way to authenticate. All older data has disappeared.

Since new update app is not working. It is not letting me log in or do anything. Please help.
