Sucks

App sucks don’t waste your time.

Meet a Driver Named Lovert

He was cool and nice

Useless app

It won’t let me request a ride even though I live in Milwaukee. It keeps saying I’m out of service….

Absolutely hate this app!!!!

They do not have enough drivers! They cancel consistently switch drivers then cancel your ride! Customer service can’t help anymore than the app can so calling them is pointless. They’re going to do the same thing you’re doing in the app💯I’m late for work now and I booked early enough to not be late!!!! This is ridiculous & It’s literally a mess! Do the riders not have input when it comes to this?! We are the main ones affected by the lack of drivers and availability!! My stop always gets passed up just to drop someone else off. Whoever came up with the system & zones needs to reevaluate everything!

Siuuuuu!

If they had issues in the past it’s no more . You can tell they are trying to improve on the daily. Give it a chance . It’s a huge help siuuuuuuuuuu!

meh

it's good when it works but there are some cons. they don't operate on weekends or holidays. wait times can be way too long.

miss alexis e needs to be fired because she can't route. moron set the pick up very far away then told me to cancel the ride when she called because apparently driving one street over was too much for her. the other drivers have never set it that far away. absolutely ridiculous trash service.

Great drivers- need more

I love this app and the concept- they just need to cover a larger area and hire a lot more drivers. Kevin who works for American Transit (FlexRide subcontracts them) was amazing!

I don’t see the point

They never have no rides available in that’s is just not ok it supposed to help you but it don’t

Not the best

This app isn’t the most reliable source for a ride to work if your even able to get a ride it’s to many restrictions on the app for me to even get a ride to work and it’s only a 15 minute car ride to my job

They need more drivers.

FlexRide needs more drivers and weekend hours. Plus they need a longer wait time because they can switch drivers on you and the time changes when they do. 2 minute wait time is not enough when you think your ride will be at the location in 20 minutes and then they change your driver and now they are waiting for you. They also need more drop off locations and pick up locations. Some of the drivers are very nice. Holiday hours in advance, some people work holidays and finding out the night before that they are not running for the next two days when you still have to go to work and the closest bus stop is an hour away by walking. I only recommend using them if you are going to use them for a short amount of time. Till they get more drivers, open on the weekends, and are better at warning you when they are closed for holidays.

They need more drivers.

They need more drivers. The app is good and on slow parts of the day it is easy to get a ride. But once people start getting off work or at going to work or bad weather, it is impossible to get a ride. In Menomonee Falls there is no really good option for getting around and getting into Milwaukee with the closest bus stop being 3 miles away which is a 50 minute walk. At 6 am is the worst time to try and get one and that’s when I am trying to get one to go home from work.

FlexRide

They never have driver available, its rare to get a driver

Mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings so far I started a new job and they have been making me late everyday and which is making me look unprofessional on my end and all they say is they understand and they sending it to they operations team and do nothing it’s starting to make me hate them

Worst thing ever

This app gives people who really need a ride false hope. This app is so bad I have to keep money on me because a lot of times no one comes. This morning I ordered a ride at 7:56am and the van didn’t get to me until 9:36am. They are so bad that I promise to update this terrible service every time they screw me over. This is #1

They never have rides availab

Everytime I try to book a ride in the morning it’s the same thing almost everyday there no ride available. like really everyday tho ???

Don’t

This app is the is useless if you plan to use it for work. Had me wait for 3 hours and no one pulled up.

Not worth it.

Was recommended this app because I heard it was cheaper than Uber and Lyft and a bit more convenient. They have zone restrictions so it kinda makes it pointless to use if you have to be somewhere and denied because of the area you’re in.

Not so helpful

Because they only serve certain areas. Would be nice if they expanded on that to help us in the inner city. Uber’s are beyond expensive early mornings and other busy times through out the day. I’ve seen ppl lose there jobs due to costly transportation. Please expand!

Just seeing what this is about

I see the hours need to be on weekends too because people work on the weekands too and get off work in the morning on Sunday. Also should be available for people who need groceries or need a safe way to have some recreational time to recover there mental well being. And go beyond around those blocked areas.
Also give people the dignity of and convenience of being able to be dropped of in front and not a block away or in front of the parking lot where everyone is driving pulling in. When the establishment is a couple of feet outside of the blocked area.
And the app is glitching it keeps saying oh dear seems nobody is around. How is anyone supposed to rely on this. Thanks.
