It won’t let me request a ride even though I live in Milwaukee. It keeps saying I’m out of service….
Absolutely hate this app!!!!
They do not have enough drivers! They cancel consistently switch drivers then cancel your ride! Customer service can’t help anymore than the app can so calling them is pointless. They’re going to do the same thing you’re doing in the app💯I’m late for work now and I booked early enough to not be late!!!! This is ridiculous & It’s literally a mess! Do the riders not have input when it comes to this?! We are the main ones affected by the lack of drivers and availability!! My stop always gets passed up just to drop someone else off. Whoever came up with the system & zones needs to reevaluate everything!

NOT ENOUGH DRIVERS!!!
They do not have enough drivers! Customer service can’t help anymore than the app can so calling them is pointless. They’re going to do the same thing your doing in the app💯I started trying to get a ride at 1:40-45 & didn’t get booked until 3:30! I’m late for work now! This is ridiculous & It’s literally a mess!
