Insane subscription price
I’m just gonna put it out there, there’s no way in the universe maintenance and costs on this app match the 17 whole dollars a week charge. A subscription like this is usually like 3 bucks a month for what they’re offering. I would like to congratulate whoever invested in this app, and whoever owns it, on getting probably the fattest profit margins out there. Although the biggest market for this, the average aviation enthusiast and travellers from the middle class, cannot afford this in their budget, and therefore I think this app is missing out on its prime market. A free trail is nice, but only a couple days of it really doesn’t let you gauge the app, let alone consider the worth of the apps subscription.

Why do I have to pay like flight radar have a choice if you want better stuff you pay if you don't you don't. Forget the acar ( I think that's what it's called) im just using flight radar
Pricey!
Online sources say there is a free option, but that’s only a trial that lasts 72 hours. The plans are so expensive. Unless tracking flights and updating airports is your job, I don’t recommend this. Use FR24 or something else instead.

Im a bit disappointed…
I really like plane and the YouTubers who made this app but to use it you need to pay, when you install the app you dont need to pay but it says it’s “free” but you need a subscription to access the app. If your wanting an app like this but you don’t want to pay get flight radar 24.

All I want is to see how pilots talk not see payment subscriptions and plus this app is not cheap you guys are offering and I’m not paying 12.99 weekly or 69.99 dollars on this app .
Doesn’t even work
When opened, changed the settings on the map and the app instantly crashed, opening after that it’s just crashes in a loop.
Total scam to release a product at such a subscription and for there to be such a glitch in the code.
I really hope you fix the problem and find a price point that reflects the app in its whole as currently it’s taking advantage of plane enthusiasts who are looking for different features that don’t even work.
I would just use a different tracker overall.

Not worth the money
I tried to track a flight from Toronto to Vancouver but it showed it as being in the middle of Antarctica.
Overpriced
I’m loving the app with the free trial but £12.99 weekly is insane.

I thought I’d be getting this app for free but I was disappointed with a price tag. Such a shame that it has great opportunity but only if it was free

App is completely useless
I downloaded the app and proceeded to commit to a 3 day trail before purchasing a yearly pro subscription. Thought I’d best trial it and see if it does what it says it does and also to check out if it’s user friendly. Genuinely wasted an hour mucking around trying to track basic flights, access a flight radar live map and even searched for specific flights to test the ACARS messaging side of things but nothing worked. The app barely shows any aircraft live on its map and over my entire country of Australia I could only see 3 flights and their positions on the map were not even correct or live. Tried it on both my iPad Pro M5 13’ and my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Exactly the same results. I even tried to follow a live flight that had squawked 7700 and was easily trackable across several live free and paid flight radar apps, but I couldn’t find it nor track it on this app at all. Couldn’t access any ACARS messages from the specific flights which I could confirm were accessible on other platforms. Trying to find anything within the app it doesn’t feel user friendly. I don’t know if it’s purposely extremely feature limited and barely does anything whilst you’re in the 3 day Pro trial only, or if it’s also like this as well in the pro paid subscription. Either way I’m not willing to commit to a $20 or $99 subscription to test the app when it doesn’t do anything in a free trial and potentially waste my money if it’s the same in the paid subscription. I’ve deleted it, cancelled my subscription that was due to start in 3 days and moving onto something else.

I love the idea of the app and how it was made by some of my favorite creators but I don't want to pay. I'd rather just use flightradar24
no support communication
Apple billed me for the subscription after i forgot to cancel, immediately tried to refund and even though I had not even touched the app since i started the free trial was denied a refund. Tried to contact the customer support about this issue by the email provided in the app and have had no response. I can therefore not recommend this app unless customer support actually responds to me.
