Wanted it to be great
Downloaded trial and just got charged. Tried to track a Japan Airlines flight LAX-NRT. The app worked initially, then lost the plane on the map and failed to update flight data. Seems lots of work needed to fix bugs.

It’s avertised as if it’s free, nothing mentioned for prices. if I had to pay i still would not expect it so expensive! Atleast make a free version please!

Like the concept
Would love to try it out, but there needs to be at least some functional part of the app available without subscribing. As a flight attendant, I was excited to try this. But I’m not subscribing to a trial I will forget to cancel just to realize the app is garbage. Let us explore a little and then nickel and dime us. Take us to dinner first

IT'S SUPER EXPENSIVE AND I PREFER FLIGHTRADAR24
Expensive and way overpromises benefits
Realistically this is basically an app like Flighty but more expensive and less helpful. The promises of ACARS messages and live ATC audio don’t come to fruition on most flights. Instead its just a flight tracker than you could use free services or Flighty for a better interface.

Ok I did think I will love this app and I also saw my favorite YouTuber Luxplanes but one thing is that you need subscriptions and my parents aren’t letting me do the weekly subscription 😔✌️🥀

This is a great app, but it’s unfortunate when you have a technical problem. May send off an email but don’t get a response. There’s a lot of Nate features a couple little wonky things, but I can’t wait to see the potential. But for now, I did not subscribe for the annual membership solely because I asked a question on the first day of my trial period and it’s been several days and nobody has replied

Capable but needs some human review
So like everyone complains about the plans. I get it. But this app is crazy capable- custom alerts, super advanced flight tracking, basically the culmination of 10 FAA websites into 1 app, plus ACARS and flightradar24. The whole thing is made with AI though- or it appears so, and some of it shows. Theres a lot of info blocked by toolbars and stuff, and a simple human review would make the app a lot easier to use. Some might like it, but I find it strange that you pay 60$ a year for an app that then puts its advertisement over your screenshots?

Poor Owner
The owner treats the community poorly and is very greedy and this app is overpriced for what you get highly not worth it avoid

I was really excited to try to the app just to figure out that you need to pay I think you guys should make a free tier and a pro tier also the app is a work in progress I want to use flight deck so can you guys please add a free tier thank you give more stars if you add a free tier

Wonderful app, not wonderful price
This is basically a combination of Flightradar24, ACARS messages among other things in a neat package. The app itself works great. However, flightradar24s paid plan is like a dollar a month. This is a dollar per day which is like 30 dollars a month. Unless you’re rich you might as well just get a $1.00 flightradar24 plan.

I can not believe they want you to pay for this. Full of bugs and errors - best this is an early beta and should be free.
Terrible
This app is terrible because unless you pay then you can’t use the app but it says you get a free trial but you have to pay after, you can’t use the app unless you pay after subscription
