Always late
Over an hour late on all 3 orders. This past order, they just flat cancelled after making me wait for an hour. Worst service, I’ll never use it again. And I live in a central area, so it’s just terrible management.
Utterly broken app meets abysmal service
Do not bother! The frustration of enduring this broken beyond repair app complemented by contemptful service is not worth it.

If it wasn’t the only remaining delivery service there’d be no reason for me to bother. Their app really just is a badly developed wrapper for a browser window. Its newest trick is showing a blank white page when opened. Impressive how hard you can drop the ball if you’re the only game left in town.

Poor customer service and late delivery
I’m deleting this app right now and will be ordering from other apps from now on. this is by far the poorest route planning and the most disengaged system I’ve ever experienced. Placed order and waited for 2,5hours to come just for some pack of chips and a bar of chocolate and still theres missing items.
And courrier said he will bring the missing items in 10mins bu he didnt even bother to come.
