Frustrated and Angry!

Flip won’t refund my money. Seriously it isn’t rocket science. Give my money back or pay my bill. I have 8 attempts at it. They won’t allow screenshots. It’s my bank my money. Pay my bill or give me my money back. It’s 1.8 million iDR. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
