Ads!!!

I have enjoyed this app for a very long time, but the ads are completely out of control covering almost the entire page making it very difficult to read indefinitely not enjoy. I’ll go back to buying magazines. This just isn’t fun anymore.!!

Nouvelles factuelles

J’aime bien me renseigner sur Flipboard. Les articles sont pour la plupart non biaisés.

Liberian

Flipboard sucks! Comment section is being overseen by bleeding heart liberals, not too mention bots always serving up discord.

Ad promotion hampers the disabled!!!

Very disheartening for the disabled. The ads not only cover the bottom 20% of the screen, but also have floating boxes on the screen. How can the visually impaired use voice over when a dialog box covers the main content?

Repetitive, narrow selections, lots of ads, too many stories requiring sign up subscriptions.

Repetitive, narrow selections, lots of ads, too many stories requiring sign up subscriptions.
I downloaded this app because it was recommended as not being all of the above. But it is precisely that. Not worth the effort.

Terrible scam ads

Please remove any scamming ads and there’s far too many of them especially the pop ups.

Links

Annoying links to articles that consistently don’t work

Annoying

Doesn’t matter how many times I “Mute” a particular source, it will continue to show up repeatedly throughout a session while on Flipboard. It’s so annoying that I find myself just leaving the app.

Still one of the better variety news apps

They need to read out better the people that give you fake news or use black journalism they get headlines to get you to open it and it has nothing in the article about what the headline says. That’s a big negative against these guys. The other ones are the subscriptions needed. They need to do a better job of that.

Same old

Too many old and repeated stories. Why write about office worker that got dismissed unfairly 10 years ago? Who cares about “ Stars” shoe ware, purses, and sharing pictures of their babies, and baby bellies. Then, there are the rivers of ads

Love Flipboard!

I choose my mags, get what I want. There is always something I want to read. A never delete.

To many ads! Way too many Amazon ads.

I have used Flipboard for a couple years and it has progressively gotten worse. Ads everywhere Amazon selling everything. AI that doesn’t know how to spell, waste of time.

Good…

Like it but don’t like click bait come on headlines. Also don’t like it being used by media that truncates your reading by paywalls

Sonnymean

Why must you include stories from sources that tease you with a couple sentences then want you to pay to join ?

Need to get a pop-up blocker as well

You can't read a story without a pop-up blocker on Flipboard cause its coming across what you're trying to read. Not to mention all the worthless repeat stories on Flipboard

Ads

Too many ads

Adds

You cannot read an article without being bombarded by pop adds. I give up on trying to read most articles

Give me a paid option

The ads flashing across the page ALL THE TIME are unrelenting and the alerts warning that I have a virus are just not true. I hate this app.

Fantastic

But too many subscriptions

Too much advertising

For little 2 page snippets, you are barraged with dozens of ads, sometimes covering 80% of the screen. All for a one minute article.
