This app cant seem to keep me logged in at all, which would be fine but logging back in is pathetic. You enter in a phone number so they can send you a code. But they send it to the email you used and not the phone number. Whats the point of letting people enter in a phone number if its never used for anything. Just another trashy app trying to collect data to sell

These charging stations don’t work
Every time I’ve attempted to charge at one of the Flitway superchargers, I can’t get it to work. The hoses don’t have a retractable feature and they’re always laying on the ground. This requires me to get out of my car and move them before I park. I kept getting some protocol error issue and I eventually gave up. I’ve tried three times unsuccessfully. Now I just don’t go to them.

Constantly signing me out
I don’t get the point of this app. It’s constantly signing me out and it takes me so much longer to sign in again than to just tap my card at the charging terminal.
Wouldn’t take generated passwords
I tried to sign up. I used passwords generated by iOS Apple password manager and also tried LastPass generated passwords but it didn’t accept them and didn’t say what the requirements are. I don’t have time to guess what it wants so I gave up and went to another station.

This app is the worst, take forever to load and time out itself. I love being at random parking lot entering credit card info for 40 times
