Update Payment Method
It’d be nice if I could store my credit card info on the app without it giving me an error code each time. Please fix this or add the option to use Apple Pay in the checkout. As it stands, the actual site works better than the app.
Alamo Drafthouse had a better app
There is no cancellation/refund option if you buy tickets in advance. And when looking ahead for showings on future dates, whenever I try to go back from a showtime, I am re-directed back to the original start page instead of the same future date I was looking for. I would also prefer to have more of a calendar application to see what movies are on what day instead of going to each individual movies and then seeing what days and then seeing what times.

Great theater, horrible app.
My family and I genuinely enjoy Flix Brewhouse. The theaters are comfortable, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the overall movie-going experience is excellent.
That said, the food is just okay, but my biggest complaint is the mobile app. For a service that charges a processing fee for app purchases, the functionality is surprisingly poor. The app doesn't save payment information, doesn't offer card autofill, and if you leave the checkout process for even a moment to grab your card, your session times out. Even worse, it can make it appear that the seats you selected have already been purchased, when in reality they're often tied up by your own failed transaction attempt.
The theater experience itself is great, which is why it's so frustrating that the app is such a weak point. Flix Brewhouse has a fantastic venue and wonderful staff, but the app desperately needs improvement to match the quality of the in-person experience.

App Issues
I'm not able to load my payment information into the app. When I attempt to enter the information the app gives me a "this page is unavailable, try again later". When I went and asked in person, the staff told me that the app is very glitchy and we're not able to assist me. Other than payment information, the app works fine but it's such a hassle to have to go through entering information every time I want tickets.

Clean and Concise
The app is easy to navigate and runs well. The only feedback I would give is an Apple Pay integration would be nice or a payment save option, but I also get it, in regard to not storing payment data is way safer.

Why does it show movies that are not out yet under the Now Showing tab.
Payment options/add to wallet
I have had trouble adding the tickets I purchased to the my iPhone Wallet. It says error and also problem adding payment option to the app same thing sorry error try again. I’ve had issues more than a few times.
No Apple Pay
Paying is a pain. There’s no Apple Pay and the website doesn’t autofill saved credit card info, it tries to autofill a username/ password

Not great
The app does not have integrated payment, the ability to pay with Apple Pay, or a working Apple wallet integration. It’s virtually useless except to find showtime.
Great but needs to fix a few bugs
The overall app is great except for the part that no matter how many time I restart my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app I can never update my phone number. It always say that it can’t do it at this time. So great app with one minor flaw.

They cheaped out on the dev of the app and it shows. Harsh, I know, wish I didn’t have to say it, but it’s true. You decide if in doubt.

Poorly Designed
The card wallet doesn’t work. Navigation of the films is clumsy and uses outdated patterns. Not user friendly at all.
It’s ok. Save Payment a mess.
Pretty easy to select movies and seats. But the worst thing is the payment. It will not let me save a card. And will not let us use Apple Pay. I don’t want to be digging out a card and tryin to enter it in the movie theater each time. Just let us use Apple Pay please !
2026 yet no Wallet feature…
This app in comparison to other similar movie going apps is horrendous. It feels like I am stuck in the early 2000s with the way this app loads and how the UI is built not only can I not save any cards onto my app but in order to choose a movie, I must first click on the movie, then see the showtimes however there are two categories now showing and coming soon yet whenever I’m on the showing it’s never showing on the day. I’m looking at it so why even bother having two separate categories it’s outdated it’s slow and it’s quite frankly ugly. It needs a lot of work and a lot more love for a movie theater that is downright incredible if possible I would also like to see an integration of the menu instead of always opening a browser tab why can’t the QR code open a separate menu in the app so everything is done all in one and I don’t have to re-enter my credit card information every time I go to the movies it’s little things like this that make the experience feel rough and quite frankly makes the app almost unusable, and I’d rather go to the ticket counter

Movies by Day?
Unless I’m missing something, I don’t see a way to see a complete listing of movies by date. Instead, you have to click on each individual movie first then select the date.
Frustrating. Easier if you could just select date first and see all movies showing on said date like all other movie apps do.

Apple Pay needed
It should be easier to pay without having to get out your card every time.
