Not a web based bank for sure
The app is pretty terrible but then again, so is their website.
Useless App and overall bank experience
Simple transactions like linking an external account, paying your bill from said linked account and transaction display are terrible. Feels like an app from 2002. It’s to the point that they’re losing my business and I’m moving my financing elsewhere.
HATE the new update
I do not like the new version of the app. It’s different and doesn’t show all of my transactions. I don’t see pending transactions. I don’t like the look. Absolutely HATE the new updates. Switching banks.
Terrible update
The app was pretty bad before but now with the new version it’s somehow even worse, it’s better on the eyes and flows smoother but you can’t see pending withdrawals anymore. It’ll show that money isn’t available but it won’t tell you why

This app is all over the place. Very hard to navigate, and decipher real time calculations of what has transacted and what hasn’t. I am hoping this will become more efficient and easier to interact with, but perhaps it would be easier to find another credit union who would make internet banking easier to use.

Whatever they have done to this app is absolutely unacceptable. It is unusable! You can see balance under accounts,

Upgrade to loose functionality
I used to like the app as help me to check my balance and all transactions and has a better control of my finances

Worst app I’ve ever used
Every single time I try to log in, the app says my account is locked. I then have to get ahold of a live person at a branch to unlock my account. Every. Single. Time. I’ve made sure I’m logging out & doing everything correctly, but nothing helps. Originally I set up a checking, savings, & car loan through FL Central with the intention of making it my primary credit union, but quickly decided against it as I can never access my accounts online. So frustrating & now I wish I didn’t have these accounts/loan so I didn’t have to deal with this incredibly useless app.

Worst banking app
App glitches all the time barely works sometimes can’t even log in to account app closes out in middle of transactions constantly like when doing mobile deposit app just closes and won’t save the deposit, just constantly having issues with this app glitching all the time, it’s the worst app I have on my phone, seriously considering changing banks just because their app is the worst! Does not help still have to call or go to bank for transactions because app is so bad so at the end of the day the app is an inconvenience and not helpful

Application does not work for me.
This application stopped working on my phone many months ago, before it was very productive, I don't know why they neglect its update. It is a way to provide good service to your customers. Please don't be left behind with technology. Keep moving forward with time and good customer service, it is very necessary that you update.

This application is garbage
I’ve been using this credit union for years and the application never works. On top of that when you need help having access to your account no one ever picks up the phone. I’m changing my credit union this place is garbage.

This is the worst app I’ve ever had to use.
This app is about to make me switch to another bank, Florida Central’s website is always seemingly down as well. They need to get with the times and understand that a lot of people do not have the time to call and wait 30 minutes for a check balance or visit an ATM for a transfer. They are literally losing clientele over this and could care less.

Remote deposit STILL not working on Apple 😡
Please work on getting remote check deposit fixed for iPhones! It stopped working after my last update. It’s so frustrating having to go to the bank to make a deposit. Ready to move to another bank. 😡
