Validating Address
It’s taking forever to validate the address I am sending to. Not good
Not Worth It!!
First of all, the app has nowhere to check or update my profile. Annoying.
Second, the customer service inquiry function will not send my message about an issue with my order.
Third, the flowers delivered do not look like the flowers ordered.
Very disappointed & I have no idea how to contact customer service.
One positive thing I will say is that I was able get same day delivery. However, when I tried to send flowers for Mothers Day, they accepted my order & I was under the impression that flowers would be delivered to my mother. It wasn't until the day before Mothers Day that they notified me that they would be unable to fill my order....which did not give me enough time to make other arrangements.

Caution
If I could give zero I would. I ordered balloons for a friend in the hospital. They delivered the balloons to the volunteers desk. My friend never received to flowers and they would not fix it. Nice folks. Don't use them.
