Validating Address
It’s taking forever to validate the address I am sending to. Not good
Not Worth It!!
First of all, the app has nowhere to check or update my profile. Annoying.
Second, the customer service inquiry function will not send my message about an issue with my order.
Third, the flowers delivered do not look like the flowers ordered.
Very disappointed & I have no idea how to contact customer service.
One positive thing I will say is that I was able get same day delivery. However, when I tried to send flowers for Mothers Day, they accepted my order & I was under the impression that flowers would be delivered to my mother. It wasn't until the day before Mothers Day that they notified me that they would be unable to fill my order....which did not give me enough time to make other arrangements.

Caution
If I could give zero I would. I ordered balloons for a friend in the hospital. They delivered the balloons to the volunteers desk. My friend never received to flowers and they would not fix it. Nice folks. Don't use them.

Order never arrived
They took the money order never arrived. Deception
No delivery.
Billed me right away. No delivery. Contacted Customer Service who said wait till Monday. Email said it would be delivered. As of day 3 no delivery. Requesting refund.
Truly dissapointing
First order placed was flagged as fraudulent and was cancelled. Placed another order and just received it, was nothing as described or pictures and certainly not worth the price. Truly disappointing gift for my wife this year.
Crashing
App keeps crashing!
Completely useless.
Asks you to fill out all ordering information, billing information and then shipping information. Then misses the occasion because they want the recipient to call them to "give more information". What are they thinking? All information should be and as far as I can tell was collected by the app. Why is the call necessary? And why would you ask the recipient to call before you go through with the order? Please don't waste your time with this app or the associated florists.

Best flower delivery app!
Used Florist Now for a last minute shopping. It was incredible easy to use and delivered the most beautiful flowers. Highly recommended
HORRIBLE - Charged me, never delivered flowers, no response to email or calls
What a joke! Ordered flowers in the morning. Paid for them on the app. Flowers never delivered! And they were needed for a timely occasion. I called customer service, said they'd call me back, nothing. No replies to email. A total scam.
Flowers for any occasion
This has become my go-to app for sending flowers. There are many great options for birthdays, anniversaries and any event you can think of and it seems like they can send flowers to any location. My only suggestion is that adding addresses could be simplified.
