Very Poor information about credits etc!

I subscribed yearly package of 69 but after testing it and created 5 saat 15 seconds video i dont have credits anymore and there's no information about if i get another credit after a month and now it asking me to buy credits again! Grrrr! Also they dont have faqs before you sign up! Very bad click and bait apps!!!!

Propaganda enganosa

Contratei o plano anual acreditando que teria acesso à ferramenta, mas após apenas 5 vídeos curtos meus créditos acabaram e o aplicativo passou a exigir novos pagamentos.
O limite e o consumo dos créditos não são informados de forma clara antes da compra, o que me fez sentir induzida ao erro.
Solicito o cancelamento imediato e o reembolso integral do valor pago. Péssima experiência.

Solicito o cancelamento da minha assinatura anual e o reembolso integral do valor pago.

Realizei a contratação hoje, acreditando que o plano anual me daria acesso adequado à ferramenta. No entanto, após utilizar o serviço para criar apenas 6 vídeos curtos, meus créditos foram rapidamente esgotados e o aplicativo bloqueou o acesso, apresentando a necessidade de realizar um pagamento adicional para continuar utilizando a ferramenta.

Antes da contratação, não ficou suficientemente claro para mim qual seria a quantidade de créditos disponível no plano e qual seria a limitação prática de uso. Por esse motivo, considero que o serviço recebido não correspondeu às minhas expectativas no momento da compra.

Como a contratação foi realizada hoje e não tenho interesse em continuar com o plano nessas condições, solicito, por gentileza, o cancelamento imediato da assinatura e o reembolso integral do valor pago.

You literally cannot do anything without spending money. 99% of apps that require a subscription ATLEAST have one free option but this one is quite literally the most useless app on the entire App Store.

I purchased yearly subscription creative studio pro. The app didn’t deliver the video I expected. It asks to purchase more credits. But I have already purchased subscription. So I can’t afford this. Before purchasing the subscription I read that if I cancel it in 14 days then I can get a refund. So I cancelled it but I don’t see an option for refund. How do I get my refund?

A Complete Waste of Money

Flow AI is absolutely not worth the money. It doesn’t really do anything special, and even the 5-second videos it generates look extremely artificial and unnatural. The quality is nowhere near what I expected. Definitely not worth buying.

Terrible out to take money

Gave it specific instructions from ChatGPT and how to make this video step-by-step. It made nothing like the video created its own And they would not let me remake the video Without purchasing more. This is a complete waste of money and I want my money back. And conveniently there is no option to ask to remake a video without paying more money.

0/5 — Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I purchased this app’s subscription last night for $55, expecting to have access to the features included in the plan I paid for, but today the app is already asking me to purchase another subscription. This is completely unacceptable and feels very misleading to paying customers. If I have already paid $55, why am I being asked to pay again the very next day? The subscription terms should be clear and customers should know exactly what they are paying for before making a purchase. I feel that my money has been wasted and I am extremely disappointed with the way this app treats its customers. Please do better for your customers and provide a proper explanation and resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others to think twice before purchasing this app
