Flow - into a sewer!

An app designed to make you want to maim the developer. My note has been transcribing for 12 hours - clearly broken. And where is the help? Oh yes ask the AI assistant, who is vague and stupid, doesn’t even know it’s a Flow agent, doesn’t know how to contact help and makes list suggestions - have you contacted YouTube. An appalling, shocking, deeply fraudulent app not fit for purpose…. As if to prove my point please note it took a year for the developer to respond!!

They charged my account but it is still in trail mode

The company is a fraudulent one and never responds to any complaints by either e mails or their support system. Their trick is to ignore you. Beware of subscribing to this

App keeps crashing

This app keeps showing me an error whenever I finish recording. And support is not helpful...at all.

Does not work. DO NOT PURCHASE

Do not waste your money on this app. I purchased it a little over a week ago and it worked for about a day. It stopped processing my recordings. Also you are not able to use it on your iPad. I have contacted their customer service and to get my money back. The processing time was long at first, but at least I got summaries and transcriptions that I could use. Now it just spins and spins and spins. And never produces the transcription. I just recorded a 15 minute meeting and it said that it could not process. And like I said, for some reason, Apple will not give me my money back. I do not know why this is not eligible for a refund. It’s horrible! Do not it’s a waste of money

Transcribed voice recorded to wrong language

Around 1/4 of the conversation was transcribed into a language that I couldn't recognize (not English). Worse app

No speaker identification

If there are multiple speakers on the Call, this app does not identify the different speakers. It doesn’t even create paragraphs for the different speakers. This creates a mess when you’re trying to review a conversation that had multiple speakers

2 hour meeting

It’s been 36 hours and it still wont translate the meeting

Didn’t work

Just wasted an hour meeting recording….continues to error out when uploading.
