Very very limited

You spend money on this... and give you very very very little yoga poses and content. If you want more... they ask for more money... even though you just paid for the app. Terrible.

A well-designed app for yoga!

Awesome app for learning yoga. I use it every during the lockdown. I love the way I can choose different levels and intensity, also change the lessons for different purposes. Highly recommend!

Well-executed and Customisable App!

This app is just what I was looking for! I love the fact that you can filter and customise the type of practise you want to take based on what you want the focus to be, how long you’d like the session to last and how experienced you are. I don’t always feel like I know how to set up my own flow depending on morning/night/which areas to focus on, so this is very helpful for guidance and keeping me regular with my practise.

The instructions are clear, the voice over is clear and calming, and the videos are very sharp and helpful. I’d say this would be suitable for any yogi, whether you’re experienced or just a beginner!
