A top quality wellness iOS app
I’ve tried a lot of wellness apps, but Flow stands out because of its simplicity and effectiveness. The guided breathing exercises are my favorite—I can actually feel my stress melting away as I use them. The ability to generate new sequences based on how I’m feeling that day is really convenient, and it keeps things fresh. The stretch routines have also improved my flexibility and reduced the tightness in my muscles.
One thing I’d love to see in future updates is more detailed explanations or tips within the routines. Sometimes I’m not sure if I’m doing a stretch or breath exercise exactly right, so a bit more guidance would be helpful. Despite that, Flow has made a noticeable difference in my daily wellness.

A very different minimalistic wellness app
This is a very innovative wellness app combining different practices into one simple minimalistic app. There are guided sessions for breath work, stretching and meditating.
Most apps focus on just the meditation side of things and combining that with movement and breath work is what I found unique here. The UI is minimalistic to my liking, and the stretch sessions (new concept for me) are very easy to understand with both pictures and audio to guide you through.
All this makes it perfect for complete beginners to familiarise themselves with these practices and get started on their wellness journey.
I see lots of potential with this concept and looking forward to future updates, kudos to the Skybox team and do keep innovating in the health and wellness space!

I love this app, it’s really helped me build a good habit. I also rate the developer for adding new features all the time.

Flow has been a great app for integrating mindfulness and physical wellness into my busy schedule. I travel quite a lot and its short offline sessions are super helpful to feel relaxed during the plane or trip. I’ve found that even short sessions can make a big difference in how I feel. The flexibility to generate new routines or select pre-made ones keeps me motivated to stick with it. One thing that could be great to have is the ability to select multiple soundscapes for the exercises.
