Notifications won’t go away
I know my time is up! I acknowledged this 10 times already and have been gone for hours, which your app knows, because it has my location data!!!!!!

Have been very pleased with this parking app. Convenient in that don’t leave credit card on file an only needs to deposit cash/debit at parking office .

Has repeatedly double charged my card, doesn't send the verification of parking to my school and I end up with parking tickets. Horrible customer service

Payment link is horrible
I really want to like this app. The interface is nice. It is easy to use. My issue is when I go to pay for parking. It always hangs when it says it’s connecting to my bank. I am using Apple Pay. I have to close the app and try again and on the third try is usually goes through.

Take so long to pay for parking not only that can’t easily just pay on the web so have to download this stupid app

Worst app! Complicated, requires too many steps with endless looping that never completes transaction. THE WORST!!
Uselesd
App is unable to connect to banking so payment doesn’t happen and as a result, the app is basically useless. No point in wasting your time when you can just pull out your credit card and pay right at the meter. If it actually worked, it’s a great idea, but it doesn’t. Developers need to figure out how to use the banking link and make it work properly. Meanwhile wasting our time

Annoying and slow
App is always loading. Just takes too long vs just putting quarters in the machine. I’m a young person and the coins/card is just easier

Unnecessarily cumbersome and unintuitive to use. Requires unnecessary amounts of data for something that should take less than 10 seconds to do. I ended up paying using quarters.
Worst parking app
This app is completely unusable. I have traveled to more than 50 countries and never in my life I have seen a worst app. Not even in developing countries
Terrible parking app
Doesn’t work. We are on vacation in a new city. I downloaded the app and it is not intuitive. It wanted us to enter a parking zone and we could not find a parking zone. So then the app requested we enter the address of where we were parked. We were not from the city and have no idea what the address is. Once we finally figured the address then it wasn’t obvious to figure out how to pay for a couple of hours of parking. Finally, I went to pay and it declined my Apple Pay twice. After 20 minutes, we gave up and decided not to park here. Quite possibly the worst parking app I have used. I travel for work and use ParkMobile and ParkWhiz. I did not have an issue with either of those apps.

Sends you in a terrible loop
Most bad apps are just annoying. This one will get you a $50 ticket when it constantly asks you to verify over and over again and then just fail. Using it in Minneapolis and suddenly wishing for meters that took coins. More like NoBird!
