bad quality
lengthy multistep signup process, slow servers, and at the end of the day it said mobile payment was not available at my parking location. pretty much a waste of time with a poor quality app and experience.

I spent 20 mins trying to use this app and it would not take the parking code after numerous sending me a login code. This app should be shutdown and not allowed to be used.

Machine wouldn't let me tap nor insert card. Then, app needed a password that was ridiculous. More complicated than ANY of my other passwords. Almost missed appointment. Couldn't figure out how to add time.
Can’t find
Parked on opposite side of galt gardens right beside a zone 3 sign and app cant find zone 3.
Difficult app to use and pay
I hate this application. I have gone to the restaurant 2 times and the only parking uses the Flow app. First, in the sun of the summer the QR code does not scan. Then it makes you register your phone number. Then it does not accept the location or space number. Making you liable for unpaid parking. It makes so angry. Flow sucks.

Why make things harder?
I always wonder why apps make changes that make it harder to do the thing you use the app to do. They used to have parking areas marked on a map and you could choose the one closest to you. Now it seems you have to remember a number at the place you parked your car. Why? Why not just make things easier? Why make them harder? Now I have to walk back to the car to find the number where it used to be that I could find an area nearby on the map and mark that as my parking area.

The app took my money and my two hour time was started. I watched with my own eyes the clock start! I have no idea what happens if it was a glitch but when I returned to my car I had a parking ticket for Charleston SC!!! I was like that can’t be right I paid and still have 30 min left?? I went into the app and the time had completely disappeared and there is absolutely no history of my time clock so I can’t dispute!!!! Total scam!! Hopefully y’all get a lawsuit on your hands!

App won't close
The app stays open in the background and only appears in the pill at the top. It remains there for an unspecified amount of time or until a reboot.
Atrocious performance
This App is total garbage. The maps display but the ability to select and pay for parking is more often than not unavailable. What a waste of time and effort. Truckee CA is wasting their money on this app.
Does not work
This app does not work. I had to leave my family to come back to make payment. Do not download.
