Plus, the session was over hours ago and it is still showing in the top of my iPhone (by the front camera) which irritates me. I can’t find a setting to turn it off.

Awful experience
The app failed when I tried to extend parking and then eventually blocked my account for too many unsuccessful payment attempts. This app is supposed to do something really simple and can’t even do it, this app is horrible.
To many steps
Need to have lot number posted in more areas. There are to many steps needed to complete transaction
Never seems to work
This is the parking app in my town. It’s very glitchy. If it actually opens up when I need to park it switches the zone on me when I add the parking. I find it’s quicker and easier to just use my credit card to pay for parking.
Uselesd
App is unable to connect to banking so payment doesn’t happen and as a result, the app is basically useless. No point in wasting your time when you can just pull out your credit card and pay right at the meter. If it actually worked, it’s a great idea, but it doesn’t. Developers need to figure out how to use the banking link and make it work properly.

Nightmare
“Easy to use” No way!i am stuck on a bright sunny day in Gloucester, MA trying to understand the Apps tormented language and the distressed parking kiosks with unknown zones and unknown “pins” of local geography. No recommended foe stable mental health.

Paid 3 times already and it charges my card but says that payment could not go through on the app but it still charges me

Apple Pay does not work. Very inconvenient when you are in a rush
Can double dip
The app doesn’t check if the parking has already been paid for if you try to pay from another account for the same date, license plate, and zone which will lead to doubling of charges for that vehicle. Strange that the developer hasn’t implemented a simple check like that.
Absolutely awful payment flow
I almost never review anything but this app deserves special attention in how absolutely awful the entire user experience is for signing up and paying for parking. I’ve never worked so hard to try to spend $1 in my life. Do better, Flowbird.
Forever lock screen notification
Even 3-4 hours after parking expired, and having tapped back into the app, the app notification still stays on the lock screen. Same after turning off notifications
Awful Payment Processing
This app that the city of Minneapolis uses is absolutely awful! Their customer service told me that their new payment processor "doesn't take ApplePay or any MC." It's 2026 Flowbird--get with the program please.
Payment sucks
I have to remove my card and then re enter the info to get it to work. Support says it’s on my end but my card works everywhere else. What a hassle

Without doubt, the worst parking app I’ve used anywhere. After multiple tries I just moved my car a few blocks and parked for free. Gloucester- use another system.

Notwithstanding that the French ticket machine QR code indicated this app - it does not work in France. A waste of time signing up!
