This app literally works about 10% of the time I attempt to use it. I end up having to use kiosks in the city of Flagstaff nearly every time
Missing zones!
How am I supposed to park without getting a ticket if the numbered zone and spot posted on the space doesn’t exist in the app.
Forced to add a minimum amount to e wallet
Forced to pay a minimum amount even if you don’t need to pay that much for parking avoid using this app if you can
Lame
They send notification that your payment information is about to expire but give you no way to update it unless you are parking.
Doesn’t Work
This app works when it wants to. For two days straight it’s been glitching. It’s supposed to be convenient but that hasn’t been my experience. It worked well once.
Good idea in theory
This app gets soooo glitchy - I routinely have to uninstall and reinstall it to connect to payment or not error out - even got parking ticket because of this

Don’t waste your time
This app while frequently updated is not sophisticated enough to know where you want to park bast on your location settings. There is not information on the meters to instruct you, so your best off paying locally using your cc vs. wasting your time with trash tech that doesn’t work.

Search and gps capabilities terrible, tried to use because QR code was connecting to parking I needed and couldn’t find my location on the app
No longer works
They removed Baltimore. So I haven’t been able to use the app. I had to download pay mobile. That sucked
broken app
fix your app it takes over a min to load every time i open it. might as well walk up to the meter
Useless
Worst parking app I’ve used in all 50 states. Impossible to locate your parking spot. Whoever built this should be fired and be banned from making apps forever. 👎👎👎👎
Flowbird Parking
This APP is terrible at identifying your car. There is no accurate way to indicate YOUR car and the parking space you occupy. Terrible.
Frustrating
I made three runs at trying to pay a parking meter. Too many time outs & attempts to enter payment type. It was quicker to pay the meter with debit card.
Location difficulty
This app told me it could not find my parking area despite me putting in the correct town and zone displayed on the meter, pathetic
Parking Violations.
You are a despicable organization. How dare you charge TEN TIMES the parking fee for a first time offense. THAT my friend is extortion, completely uncalled for and unacceptable and a vile disservice to the American people. SHAME on you. You don’t even deserve the one star but I cannot submit without choosing a rating.

Fraudulent parking service
Terrible ripoff. Had to get up 3 times in the night to repurchase parking pass as the App would not allow extensions of time beyond 3am. What a scam !
bad quality
lengthy multistep signup process, slow servers, and at the end of the day it said mobile payment was not available at my parking location. pretty much a waste of time with a poor quality app and experience.
Can’t enter zone? What a joke
Says enter zone but it won’t let me enter it, like there’s no option
