FAQ
What is FlowKeep's main purpose?
FlowKeep is designed to help creative individuals with limited time keep their side projects alive and progressing. It focuses on preventing projects from being forgotten by surfacing them at the right time and helping users maintain context.
How does FlowKeep's smart queue work?
The smart queue automatically sorts projects by urgency based on a freshness threshold you set (1-30 days). Projects nearing their stale date rise to the top, ensuring you know what needs attention.
Can FlowKeep help me plan my week?
Yes, FlowKeep includes a 7-day planner with an expandable day-by-day view. It shows due, starting, or overdue projects with color-coded status chips and time estimates, flagging days that exceed your capacity.
Does FlowKeep help me remember where I left off on a project?
Absolutely. FlowKeep preserves context by storing your last thought, next action, notes, and links for each project. This allows you to instantly reload your context when returning to a project after a break.
How does FlowKeep track consistency?
FlowKeep features a 90-day check-in grid for each project that adapts to its specific threshold. It shows your consistency percentage and awards streak badges for milestones like 7, 30, and 90 days.
