Huge boost to my fluency but app is crashing
I have been using Fluent Forever for 90+ days and was boasting to my friends about how significantly it’s improved my language retention from learning sessions. However since Aug 1 the app has been crashing every time I attempt to launch it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on another device with no success. I have reached out to support via multiple channels and gotten no assistance besides an acknowledgment of the issue from the Facebook admin. I have a year long subscription so I am not sure what my options are are this point. Please provide assistance or at least an update on the status of the issue.

Beware Dishonesty
Dishonest refund policy. My account page showed I would not be charged at the end of the month and I was. Support refused to refund me despite acknowledging the false information.
Re Dev Response: if the account information page was accurate I would have cancelled earlier. Refusing a refund on these grounds is simply acting in bad faith.

Great but weird crashes
I have enjoyed working with this app to learn Spanish but it’s happened when I’ve been working on spelling it’s crashed suddenly without saving changes. So I’ve had to recreate a few flashcards. Oh, well: more practice for me.
Suggestion
Hi, I love the app! Very useful and easy to use. I’m currently using it for Mandarin. Something that would make the app five stars is the possibility of creating different decks of flash cards. I have work related vocab and every day life/slang vocab, being able to study them individually would be invaluable. Thank you
