Suerte si te consigue conectar. Puedes estar en la misma red que la Connect box y la mayoría de las veces ni te abre los dispositivos, ni te manda los comandos. Una auténtica bazofia.
Appli correct quand ça fonctionne
C’est une application pratique pour la supervision et les programmations. Mais c’est très lent pour programmer la pompe par exemple et quand vous modifier, vous ne pouvez pas modifier plusieurs lignes en même temps sinon ça plante. Il faut par exemple ajouter un horaire de démarrage puis enregistrer et ainsi de suite. Parfois la connexion est coupé et on ne comprends pas pourquoi. Ça fait 1 mois que je n’ai plus accès alors que sur mon réseau local je vois bien là box connecté mais on ne peut pas interagir. D’ailleurs c’est dommage de ne pas passer par le cloud quand on est à la maison, c’est plus lent et moins fiable. Est-ce que le problème vient des serveurs Fluidra ?

Frustrating
In theory this app has amazing features. However, at least half the time when I go to modify and save my settings, I get an error that says “loading” and then eventually “try again later”. The same thing can happen when I attempt to turn on/off my filtration system manually using my phone. Please don’t tell me it’s my Internet connection. I have 1 gigabit symmetrical fiber with confirmed performance and my phone is only about 10 feet from my wifi router. The problem is surely on Fluidra’s end. Flaky servers or overburdened software in the cloud somewhere. This is not what I expect from a premium brand. Oh, and please do something to allow the iPhone app to save your username and password. This is “beginner user experience” stuff. Having to type this every few days is a real pain.

Very poor!
While it is very convenient to be able to control parts of your pool with an app, the way how Fluidra has realized it is really disappointing. Quite frequently there are connection problems, for example if you want to save your settings it takes minutes until you get a message that the app was not able to connect properly. One key feature is to define schedules/timers for all kind of actions, for example your filtration hours. But the joke is the app does neither allow you to set the current time nor can you even see what is the current time! Consequently, when defining a schedule, you wonder why it does not start at the defined time. But there is no way to see if the system is actually on time. Totally stupid.

Para cuando Face ID? Para cuando notificaciones push de sondas en caso de rebose…
Fluidra Fluidra, y luego dan a hacer la aplicación a 4 indios pagando 4 chavos, solo hace falta descompilarla y ver cómo está hecha… que vergüenza por lo que cobran y lo que le falta…
Hagan el favor de sacar las cosas al 100% no al 1 %.
