No connectivity
The app doesn’t work, it is impossible to change the SSID and it doesn’t locate the local 2.4ghz network. As other users have said, it is non functioning
Frustratingly useless
I can’t get it to connect to the heater at all. The instructions in the manual aren’t clear, and the diagrams are poor. I’ve given up.
The heater might be good (I don’t know yet) but please don’t buy such an expensive item if you want to make use of this broken remote configuration “feature”.

HVjng bought the heat pump the App which is downloaded is nothing like that advertised and doesn’t work on iPhone despite what the manual says

Doesn’t work on iPhone
Having spent €3,500 on a WiFi enabled swimming pool heat pump I expected it to work. I feel conned. Mr Fluidra whoever you are where ever you please fix this problem. The developer is giving the brand name AstralPool a bad reputation.
