No custom profile

This app has so much potential. It’d be useful if you could enter your AAdvantage tier/status, credit cards used, and flight class of service traveling on and have the app determine your club options with club user ratings/reviews. As is, pretty worthless.

Incorrect information

Flying out of DEN on AS - app showed United club lounge available for oneworld emerald status in A Gates. Was told numerous time even after showing what the app said I’m not welcome here and oneworld made a mistake showing this is an option

Useless

Downloaded the app because flight search wasn’t working on the website - anything entered just went to a 403 forbidden and has been doing that for weeks now regardless of flight route or dates entered - anyway, the app just takes you to that exact same 403. It seems the intent is to be able to search lounges but at that point wouldn’t you just be checking via your reward program anyway?

Mostly useless

There is some good information here, but for making reservations, I’ve found it to be useless. There are never any flights for my dates, in any class, no matter what dates I put in.

App doesn’t work anymore. DNS error

The app doesn’t work. Fails to launch with a DNS error. Hostname could not be found. Sounds bad.

One World Junk

App will not open,

Out Of Date

Lounge info is not accurate and kept up to date there are multiple errors for Bangkok Airport including incorrect lounge for Qantas, they do not use miracle lounge and haven’t for months!

App won’t open or load

The app will not even load or open. I would avoid wasting time with this one.

Bad App

I wasn’t expecting much from this app after reading other reviews. I couldn’t even search for a flight and plug in dates. It’s a shame that this app is so bad. The developer needs to start over because it’s a disservice to those of us who are flying OneWorld affiliated airlines and want to search for flights through this affiliation. Why have an app like this that does very little?

Decent

Decent app to find out where lounges are. Only three stars because some lounges with same name don’t accept entry into the lounge in domestic terminals and are international terminals only . I wish that was clearly stated in the information. It would have save me a lot of hassle and time.

Impressively bad

For an app does such a simple task it is amazing quite how slow it can be. Launching the app on WiFi can take 1-2 minutes for the screen to show and if you’re on cellular, well….

Poorly designed app period

Too basic. Doesn’t show any details regarding available flights.

This app is worse then a website!

No functionality. Even the check your points is a placeholder

What’s the point?

Not really sure what this app helps with. It doesn’t appear to do anything that beneficial to one world flyers. It’s be great if you could add your booked one world flights to it and it somehow linked your frequent flyer number and added to the points/status?

Doesn’t even open

Just a spinning wheel of death, won’t open.

Informational only

It has no functionality. It just gives you some information that’s already common knowledge and can easily be found on their website. Lazy app.

Urgent improvements needed

1. App constantly showing the ‘forbidden’ error message. Totally unusable when people need it the most

2. Get rid of the useless features such as flight search - no one is using it which I’m sure the usage data will confirm

3. Add terminal map to each lounge so it’s easier for us to locate them. This feature has been available in your competitors’ apps, for a while!

4. Make sure entry criteria are accurate for each lounge - currently they’re all over the place, not just for eligible tiers but also eligible airlines! The inaccurate information in your app has caused both entry refusals and missed entry opportunities!

Limited use

App really only links to other partners websites. Want to browse OneWorld flights that you can redeem miles on? Too bad, this app is useless and will only redirect to the same websites you’ve frustrating already visited.

Useless

App gives a ‘forbidden’ error and does not open

App is outdated

The information shown on the app is severely outdated. One of the key pieces of incorrect information is the status across airlines; for example, Platinum Pro with American Airlines is now Emerald tier in the OneWorld network, not Sapphire. Some lounge information is also incorrect. Not worth keeping the app if updates are my made.
