I love this App!!! My family member whenever wanted to let my other family member and me to go to the curbside to pick groceries up at a store in Eagan, Minnesota and she sent me the link for pick up so I set the new app up to let store know we arrived to wait for groceries to put into the assistance van!

Stopped working when I needed it!

The app hasnβt remembered my vehicle information for the past two months. I have the latest iPhone with the latest iOS and I have the most current version of the app. I donβt have time to keep entering in my vehicle information every time I have to pick something up. Do better!

After downloading the app I created a profile. When I tried signing it told me my sign on was invalid. I as asked for a password reset be sent to my email address that I inputted during profile set up. The link sent to my email address would not load. Loweβs should figure out as better way of using this type of tech. I have never had any issue with any other business that offers pick-up and delivery.

Please fix this!
Iβve used flyby for a long time. Worked fine. But with this last update, the addition of vehicle info is problematic. I think having this info is a good thing! But the app refuses to SAVE my info, making it necessary for me to re-enter every time. Please fix the save function!
EDIT: after reading some online suggestions, I found a work-around. But you shouldnβt have to do that from your profile if the options for adding a vehicle appear on the main page- as well as a save button. Still needs a bug fix.
