I love this App!!! My family member whenever wanted to let my other family member and me to go to the curbside to pick groceries up at a store in Eagan, Minnesota and she sent me the link for pick up so I set the new app up to let store know we arrived to wait for groceries to put into the assistance van!

Stopped working when I needed it!
Buggy
The app hasn’t remembered my vehicle information for the past two months. I have the latest iPhone with the latest iOS and I have the most current version of the app. I don’t have time to keep entering in my vehicle information every time I have to pick something up. Do better!

After downloading the app I created a profile. When I tried signing it told me my sign on was invalid. I as asked for a password reset be sent to my email address that I inputted during profile set up. The link sent to my email address would not load. Lowe’s should figure out as better way of using this type of tech. I have never had any issue with any other business that offers pick-up and delivery.

Please fix this!
I’ve used flyby for a long time. Worked fine. But with this last update, the addition of vehicle info is problematic. I think having this info is a good thing! But the app refuses to SAVE my info, making it necessary for me to re-enter every time. Please fix the save function!
EDIT: after reading some online suggestions, I found a work-around. But you shouldn’t have to do that from your profile if the options for adding a vehicle appear on the main page- as well as a save button. Still needs a bug fix.

A true 0 star app
Claims to save time yet makes me download an app and create an account for a food order that has nothing to do with “flyby”. If you are a developer of this app please read this and understand your life serves no purpose.
App didn’t connect to my order
I got a text from mighty fine that my order could be tracked using this app and I went through all the effort to create a profile and it didn’t even connect to my order. So it was kind of useless.

Crashed, not usable
I tried to use, but needed to login. Site claimed that I already had an account. Did not have password so tried getting a new one. Received email with link to follow for new password. Link opened Safari and redirected to the app where I couldn’t get past a black empty screen. Can’t use app and can’t locate troubleshooting options on web developer page. Am stuck and cannot use app.

I cannot get the app to work like it should. They know when I’m arriving but the app always says “you have no order” even after I place an order. So, I like the idea but for me something is wonky.

It worked well this time. I was able to create an account and notify ECART. Would have like it to be part of the Raleys’s app so I didn’t need another app.
