Can’t log in
I came in last week to the morehead location and set up a brand new log in for the mobile banking, and it still will not work. Changed my password twice and each time it still will not allow me to log in, even though my login info is 100% correct. I will be closing my account because of this consistent issue, I suggest anyone reading this banks somewhere else.

Wont work
I can not get it to log me in on app. Keeps saying call office but they say they have no clue either. I’ve deleted and reinstalled 100 times. Can log on with same credentials on desktop fine.

I haven’t been able to use the new app since it changed. Iv called, removed it, turned phone off
