Recent update killed the app
Since the most recent update the login screen won’t populate. It’s just the background screen so infuriating that an update kills an app when there was nothing wrong before!

Mobile Deposit
My first time using mobile deposit. My deposit appeared to go through as I saw the next morning in my account. Next day, FNB voided it saying I didn’t write “for mobile deposit only” on the check. There were no instructions online to do that. This was a little $47 check and the bank would not reverse their void, so I had to go through my trash to find that check and re-do the process. Terrible experience.

Love mobile app
I am an elderly widow and your mobile app has been a blessing for me. I am also disabled. I use the app for all of my banking needs. It sure saves me many trips to the bank!
I wish
I wish I can go a whole lot lower the app is stupid. It doesn’t wanna update half the time. It always has an error code. You have to be in full light to be able to do the face recognition. If not, you gotta put in your pin number and when you try to transfer money over you have to do it five or six times and the half the time it doesn’t wanna load up

Update iOS 18.4 required?
My iPhone is automatically updated but the latest is iOS 17 so am unable to access my online banking account. I am now trying to determine which relationship I should be ending…iPhone or FNBFS? This is not user friendly.

Mobile deposit very difficult to use
Deposit photos too complicated for deposit
It’s too hard to hold the camera still to click in the middle of the screen to get a photo that isn’t blurry.
Not always accurate
I have experienced many times where the account balance will read incorrectly which would result in over drafts and having to pay over draft fees etc. Has been very frustrating and there’s nothing FNB will do about it because all they see is that there was an overdraft that I didn’t catch since I read an incorrect balance that was showing on my end.
