Not worth the money
What I wanted: an app that could help me recover from injury, that would give me good advice, that would give real time sessions and the ability to build my own menu for a session that I could follow in real time.
What I got: an anatomy course and dated techniques (the ones on line now show that holding a position for at least 30 seconds is more beneficial).
What I now want: my money back!

Tried opening app but it won’t open. Help!
Recovery without surgery
I have had chronic joint issues for years, to the point that my doctor recommended cortisone shots and surgery for 2 support injuries. Dr. Ryan Emmons strongly urged me to take the non-invasive route and regularly roll instead. It’s incredible! Rolling not only resolved my issues WITHOUT cortisone shots or surgery, but has allowed me to start weight training again without injury! This is a game-changer! I do my rolls religiously everyday because I have witnessed the efficacy of them in my own life.

Quicker recovery
Over the last couple years, I’ve had a recurring injury in my lower back. Each time I’ve set up a handful of Physio sessions at $100 a pop until I’m back into shape. To save some money, I decided to pick up a foam roller and take my recovery into my own hands. Using the roller with this app has dramatically sped up my recovery. It’s super detailed and easy to use, and has exercises for my specific injury listed among many others. Would definitely recommend!

Good app with good video demos
Pretty good app. I like the anatomy chart and clicking on the muscles to show what technique to use to work it out.
I wish there was audio explaining the technique with the video. I also wish you could just create your own playlists of exercises.
