App stopped working
The app just stopped working and I have tried to report the problem but the website is down too

这个小玩意陪伴了我很久，如今它的电池已经不行了。上网一搜索大多的帖子都停留在了五年前，甚至七八年前，淘宝店也只有几年前的二手老款在卖。
今天我拆开了它，我想给它换个续航更好的电池，现在的蓝牙耳机的电池都可以续航很久了，40毫安的电池在现在真的显得太无力。如今我的设备都已更新到typeC充电口，我常常找不到它的充电线。
作为一双内观自己的眼睛，它没有替代品。如今网站已关闭，店铺已消失，app也登录不上，但我还是很想念曾经的小憩，和激动人心的金色心流时刻。
foci还在运营吗？有类似或者更好的产品吗？这个带我开始调整呼吸，开始冥想的古早AI设备，对我的人生有特别的意义。

Can’t login / reset password!
Good product, BUT — Website not accessible / No place to change the password on app / Resetting password from the login screen not working!
Worked well
Had some difficulty staying consistent with it. Just tried to return to it … but it seems like the log in server is out… stupidly signed out and now I can’t log back in. :/
Setup Failed
I have a brand new Foci and every time I try to sign up in the app, it says “Sign up failed. Please check your network settings and try again.” It does this on every single phone I’ve tried. I didn’t spend $100 for something I can’t use. Get back to me with fix or I reserve the right to file a court action against you in my jurisdiction.

Unable to log into account
Cannot access account or update device.
Servers offline
After using app for a few years, suddenly unable to log in. All attempts at contacting customer service fail. Appears out of business.
Device synching is a big problem
Even though it works fine once properly linked and synch but it goes disconnected or ran out of charge for few weeks there’s no way to get it back to normal. Then it becomes a garbage. No physical buttons

Sadly won’t even load
I get a white screen whenever I try to open the app. Rebooted the phone, uninstalled, reinstalled still nothing. Now I have a wearable that does nothing

App opens, white screen, app crashes. That’s all. Device is now useless. Had it for two days. Great business model: sell device, confirm activation, provide no service.
I’ve LOVED the foci so much since it first started but…
I was an original backer of the first Foci. It helped me not only see trends in my daily energy levels. It actually was part of the reason I was diagnosed with narcolepsy. It would show massive amounts of fatigue throughout my days but I didn’t “feel” tired. Little did I know my normal level of energy was similar the amount of energy a person has after a 24 hour shift of hard labor. I was so thankful for this being so important to my life I quickly backed the foci 2 as soon as I could! But now the app and device has gone down hill so much. I’ve sent so many requests for help that usually just get marked as solved without ever responding. Right now the app will not update your deep focus time unless you close the app completely and reopen it. It can be annoying when you just want to see how your day is going. My latest issue of my foci 2 not vibrating at all for any of the streaks I usually have 2, the focus slip and fatigue. This is a massive issue for me because the fatigue notifications helped track and warn of narcoleptic sleep attacks. I know it’s not designed for that purpose but it really helped me track it. I reached out through the app feedback on the 29th I’ve sent 3 messages adding info to the issue as I find out more and still have heard nothing back… I seriously love this device so much but it’s almost become unusable and it’s so upsetting.

Software seems to be improving but too early to say
I will give it four stars for now and update this review after using it for a while.
App doesn’t show battery level when charging
Like the idea a lot and it’s been useful. Minor quibble is the battery level of device is buried in settings and it doesn’t show you battery level while charging.
Great Innovation
I started using Foci a year back and amazed to see impact on improving focus .So many improvements lately augmenting the capability and hope to see Foci improving life in a distracted world .Keep up the great work and looking forward to see more impact with updates 🚀🙏👍

1. When is the update 20 coming out
2. Add a ML switch on/off button to turn off the device so as to not collect false data while standing up
3 I HATE REALLY HATE to take off the device while not sitting sometimes I even forget. Please guys there should be a turn off button in the app to turn the device off when not in use
Otherwise it is a great product it is very very accurate and I love its focus feedback training
