About
Focus turns starting — the hardest part — into an instant win.
Most task apps are just lists that pile up guilt. Focus is built for ADHD brains: the moment you write a task down, you score a point. Run its timer to finish, and you bank a bonus. Every action moves a number up. Nothing ever punishes you.
Why it works
• Add a task, earn +1 point immediately. Just capturing it counts.
• Every task gets a realistic time, suggested by AI and tuned by what the community actually takes.
• Finish by running the focus timer to earn a difficulty bonus (Easy +2, Medium +5, Hard +10).
• Points feed your level, your daily streak, and a global leaderboard. Points only ever go up.
Stay in motion
• Gentle nudges through the day that drop you straight into "add a task."
• A required alarm when a focus session ends, so time-blindness doesn't win.
• "Due within the hour" reminders that stay on your lock screen until it's done.
Plan the whole day in one tap
• Import your calendar events as timed tasks.
• Let the AI planner review your entire list at once and rebalance every timer against your real workload and deadlines.
A leaderboard that's actually kind
See where you stand among everyone. Your "mood" reflects how much you truly finish, and climbs from warming-up to unstoppable as you complete more.
Focus Pro unlocks the full experience for $2.99/month with a 1-week free trial. You can cancel anytime in Settings.
Your data is yours: delete your account and everything in it, anytime, right from the app.

What's New in Focus ADHD Momentum
1.0.5
September 11, 2026
• Your reminders become focus tasks: Focus brings in your dated Apple Reminders, estimates how long each one takes, and times it so you finish before it's due. Finishing the task checks off the reminder. • Tasks start on time: calendar events and reminders now start their focus timer when it's actually time, not the moment they're added, with a "Time to start" alert if Focus isn't open. • Running late? If you open Focus partway through, the timer covers only the time that's left. • Events already under way are picked up too, and tasks you delete stay deleted. • Reliability improvements under the hood.
