No one answered my texts. And she asked me to fill out a form I had filled out a week prior. Huge waste of money.
Caution ! Its good but also headache

Other then a decent app, that helps. 3 major issues.
1. Canceling : Your Therapist can guide you to the in app email system. You write Cancel subscription & message that you no longer need the therapy ect. Easy right. Nope !
The Con: sent cancel email & my app being cleared info cause my cancel. But the kicker ! 0 replies back 2 months of automated subscription fee being pulled outta my bank still ! Not using the service. HUGE CAUTION HERE FOLKS!
2. Clearly from one support contact & canceling system sucks ! Needs a better system !
3. If you looking for a Diagnoses like AD HD / OCD / Anxiety / Stress ect. They can not do this they can only give you survey test and general professional opinion.
Other then that awesome . Probably will not use again do to the headaches of trying to cancel
