Clinician never joined call or communicated with me
I switched my in person appointment for a virtual one since the weather couldn’t get me to Montreal in time. The staff said it was no issue. They said they call within a 2 hour time frame but yet, I waited in front of my screen for two whole hours to hear nothing back from my doctor.
This is a very important doctors visit and this doctor is always fully booked, so this sets me back for weeks if not months. I made this appointment in October for reference. I’m hoping the Concordia clinic will find a way to solve this.

Absolute rubbish
The app refuses to work and the website keeps send me to the app. Where exactly is my tuition going? If only I couldn’t rate this useless app
