Won’t even let me sign in

The app won’t even let me sign in. I saved my biometrics to sign in, it doesn’t work. So I did my password instead. It sent me a verification code to my email. Then it said the code was verified successfully. It loads for a second, then sends me back to the login page, where it happens all over again
