Not worth you time or money
This was a required step by my insurance company and it’s clear they do the bare minimum to maintain the big money insurance contract without offering meaningful support. The app is clunky, the chat room is hard to navigate & I do not feel connected at all to the random strangers I’m grouped with, the classes are literally “coaches” reading from a generic slide deck verbatim. I have not recieved any information or support that felt genuine or helpful. In fact, my most recent contact was an email that said I must unenroll from a class because it is for more advanced customers… um ok, why would it be the first class on the suggested list if it is not appropriate to me in the stage that I’m in?
Overall, wouldn’t recommend. I’ve given it a good try but it really is just an expensive platform containing a collection of information I could get for free with one Google prompt.

Worthless
My employer is paying for this program that includes a free ( for me) scale. The app has so many bugs I am unable to use it. I am advising my employer that they are wasting money. First negative review I have ever bothered to leave. Usually I just delete the app. But this one is really ridiculous!
